But what we do know is as Russia dominates the Middle East, and China flexes it’s muscle in the Pacific, the Obama government is wargaming nuclear missile attacks on the people of Los Angeles. THE U.S. NAVY SAID IT LAUNCHED A SECOND — AND FINAL — THERMONUCLEAR TRIDENT II MISSILE IN A PLANNED EXERCISE MONDAY AFTERNOON FROM A SUBMARINE OFF THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST.
The second test launch of the Trident II (D5) missile from a ballistic submarine in the Pacific Ocean took place Monday afternoon, the Navy said. The blast-off took place to far less fanfare than Saturday night’s launch, which provoked residents from San Francisco to Mexico to take to social media, posting photos of an eerie-looking bluish-green plume smeared above the Pacific.

The mandate compels religious groups to pay for birth control and drugs that may cause abortions.
Without relief, the Little Sisters would face millions of dollars in IRS fines because they cannot comply with the government’s mandate that they give their employees free access to contraception, sterilization, and abortion-inducing drugs.
The U.S. Supreme Court announced that it will take up all seven of the cases challenging the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Mandate’s so-called “accommodation” that forces religious non-profit employers to facilitate insurance coverage for life-ending drugs and devices against their beliefs. ...

KCRG reported that close to two dozen train cars derailed after a crash Monday morning. Lt. Brett Grimshaw of the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened a little after 8 a.m. when a coal train hit a road grader that had been backed up onto the tracks.
And before you ask, yes, this train, too, belongs to BNSF, which in turn belongs to Warren Buffett.
BNSF railroad spokesman Andy Williams said two locomotives and 21 of the 135 cars being pulled derailed near mile marker 249 of Highway 34, which is between Danville and New London close to the Henry County line.
The grader was backed up onto the rails while doing repairs on Highway 34 and didn’t see the train coming, Grimshaw said. The grader’s operator was thrown about 40 feet by the impact of the crash and was checked by paramedics. No injuries were reported, Grimshaw said.

BY BOB PRICE, BREITBART — The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling on Monday evening effectively putting a halt to President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty program. Texas and 26 other states joined in the lawsuit to block the Administration’s illegal action.
The Court ruled the lower court did not err in granting a temporary injunction blocking President Obama’s executive amnesty program. Federal Judge Andrew Hanen previously issued a temporary injunction stopping the president’s actions, as reported by Breitbart Texas.
“The court’s decision is a vindication for the Rule of Law and the Constitution,” said Texas Governor Abbott in a statement obtained by Breitbart Texas. Abbott initially filed the lawsuit in 2014 duing his final months as Texas’ Attorney General. “The President’s job is to enforce the immigration laws, not rewrite them. President Obama should abandon his lawless executive amnesty program and start enforcing the law today.” ...

In analyzing SNL‘s ratings for Saturday night’s show hosted by the Republican presidential candidate, Entertainment Weekly contrasted Trump’s numbers with those of the season’s opening show, hosted by Miley Cyrus with a guest appearance by Clinton, the Democratic presidential front-runner.
“According to NBC, SNL had a whopping 6.6 household rating on Saturday night, easily beating the season’s previous high…In fact, Trump’s overnight rating was 47 percent higher than the Miley/Hillary episode,” Entertainment Weekly wrote.
“For point of comparison, the season premiere delivered 6.3 million viewers, so Trump’s episode could be close to 10 million,” it added....
