Pastor Andrew Russell preaches on John 19:31-42 and talks about the death and burial of Jesus. The gospel is the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus and many bible prophecies had to be fulfilled to identify the Messiah. Jesus was in perfect control of His death and burial and fulfilled therefore exactly all the Old Testament prophecies. We can see the great love God has for us that He died for our sins and took our punishment upon Himself. How great is our God!
