Pastor Andrew Russell preaches on Philippians 2:12-16 and explains that we have to work out our savation with fear and termbling. That does not mean that we have to work for our salvation but through our salvation in Jesus Christ we will produce good works through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. A reborn Christian will produce good works, so that the world might see the Glory of God. James 2:17-20 explains that faith without works is dead and therefore a spirit filled reborn Christian has to produce good works.
