Pastor Andrew Russell preaches on Philippians 3:17-21 and states that our citizenship as Christians is in Heaven. Our life her on earth is only a tiny portion of our eternal life and therefore our longing and strive should be towards our heavenly home. Paul challenges us to pursue “Christlikeness” and to set an example for other believers. 1 Timothy 4:12 says: “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”
