 VIA MICAIAH BILGER — Another mother recently won a huge lawsuit after arguing that she would have aborted her unborn son if she had known he had special needs before birth. A British judge awarded Omodele Meadows £9 million (about $12 million) for the “wrongful birth” of her son, Adejuwon, who has autism and a severe form of hemophilia, the Metro reports. Meadows argued that she loves her son, but she would have had him aborted if her doctors had done their jobs and informed her that she carried a hemophilia gene that could be passed on to her children. Adejuwon was born in September 2011, and now is 6 years old, according to the report. Here’s more from the report...
