Daily Rushbo has tweaked a video of President Barack Obama warning about the mandatory federal budget cuts and inserted the Internet-famous screaming goat.

Dire Sequester Warning

Some brief background: after a two-minute video compilation of goats yelling like humans went viral last month, some ~~brilliant forward-thinking~~ individual decided to remix part of a Taylor Swift music video with one of the featured goats supplying a key vocal track. That became its own Internet hit, spawning other versions until, voila, Obama got his screaming goat due.
