students the right to use public rest rooms and participate on the sports teams that
correspond with their expressed genders.
• New Mexico photographer forced to pay more than $6,600 for declining to take pictures
of a same-sex commitment ceremony because of her Christian beliefs.
• Mixed martial arts fighter changes sex.
• A 24 year old man living as a woman sues California Baptist University for $500,000
after the school expelled him for lying on his application.
• Chicago schools requiring sex education for Kindergartners beginning in 2015.
