Also a 7.2 "Mega Earthquake hit the Philippines leaving 93 dead and climbing. Also Typhoon Nari hit the Philippines killing 20 and then the same Typhoon Nari hit Vietnam causing 122,000 people to evacuate and leaving 4 dead and 29 injured. Riots broke out on Saturday Night October 11, 2013 in Bellingham, Washington as drunken youth riot against the police for a 10pm curfew. Also President Obama orders a Catholic Mass cancelled due to the Government Shutdown even though a Priest was willing to volunteer. The Priest was threatened with arrest if he came on the Navy Base. Also the American Government lawmakers still do not have an agreement on the debt ceiling or a budget as the Nation of America is on the verge of not meeting the finicanial oblagations to China.
