On Today’s Show: Usama Dakdok is the Founder of the Straight Way of Grace Ministry which equips Christians to be effective witnesses of Jesus Christ to their Muslim neighbors, as well as ministering to Muslims directly. Usama was born in Egypt and grew up in a Christian home. He became a Christian at the age of 11. He learned about Islam in school because it was a mandatory subject. He also studied Islamic law in college. He has also translated an accurate English translation of the Qur'an which also points out the errors and contradictions in the Qur'an. He is also author of the two-volume set, 'Exposing the Truth About the Revelation of Error'.The discussion on this edition of Crosstalk centers around a speaking engagement that Usama was scheduled to conduct at a Church in Bagley, Minnesota. Because of the small size of the church, the presentation was to take place Sunday at the church and then Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings at the local high school.
Vic reported that he received a call from a concerned citizen in Bagley who reported that the Superintendent of Schools, based upon a complaint from CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), canceled Usama's appearance.
Vic also recalled another incident where Usama was removed from the speaking schedule at Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee.
Usama also noted an incident where CAIR worked to get Usama's Tea Party sponsored speech canceled in a high school in Mansfield, Ohio. In this case the Tea Party sued the school, won the case and Usama was able to go back to the school and give his presentation.
According to Usama, CAIR has been known to engage in audio editing to change the meaning of what he communicates when in fact, he simply reads directly from Islamic writings.
Vic also brought news regarding the Obama administration's attempts to bully Israel to make a peace deal with Palestinian jihadists and how Egyptian attorneys are filing charges accusing President Obama of human rights violations because of his alleged support for the Muslim Brotherhood.
