Jim began this edition of Crosstalk asking listeners for prayer for those in need in the Philippines and also for Saeed Abedini, the American pastor who was jailed in Iran. He has been moved to a brutal prison that houses 22,000 of Iran's most violent criminals. It's a place where political prisoners are taken so they are out of the sight of human rights groups and the media. Saeed's father tried to bring him medications and personal belongings but was turned away. Jim encouraged listeners to contact the U.S. State Department to intercede on behalf of Saeed.

• Approximately 80 people were publicly executed in North Korea. Some of the charges included watching a video from South Korea, being involved in prostitution or possessing a Bible.
• Petition signatures submitted to qualify for a state referendum to overturn the 'bathroom bill' in California.
• Newfoundland's Justice Minister has announced that he will put a bill forward to change the human rights act of the province to include gender identity and gender expression.
• Virginia Governor Elect Terry McAuliffe has said that his first executive order that he will sign will be to protect gays, lesbians and transgenders who are state employees from job discrimination.
• Homosexual radio host Michelangelo Signorile says ENDA should not include any religious exemptions.
• Secular Coalition for America says current ENDA legislation doesn't go far enough.
• Obama issues statement congratulating Hawaii for legalizing same-sex marriage.
• Lesbian couple believes that a wedding venue outside of Albany broke the law when it refused to book wedding last year.
• Representative Pete Olsen of Texas introduces an articles of impeachment resolution against Attorney General Eric Holder for his role in “Fast and Furious” and other Obama administration scandals.
• Democratic lawmakers introduce a bill that would prevent states from creating standards for abortion clinics that would make it more difficult for women to obtain an abortion.
• Bill Diss, an award winning Portland, Oregon, math teacher is under threat of losing his job because he dared to speak out against Planned Parenthood.
• The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is receiving criticism from leaders of black organizations and human rights advocates for funding and promoting a new form of the contraceptive drug Depo Provera.
• New York City's new mayor wants more abortion mills built and is pledging to use taxpayer dollars to do it.
• New undercover video reveals that FDA regulations are stricter for a popular cold medicine than for Plan B abortion drug.
• An activist group in Scotland that advocates secularism argues that all schools including church sponsored classes must subject all youngsters to the secular view of sex education.
• Gay activist Dan Savage says Women should be forced to abort their children for the next 30 years as a global population control measure.
• On Wednesday House Democrats express frustration over the failed roll-out of Obamacare.
• The President offers an 'administrative fix to a provision in the Affordable Care Act' that forces millions of Americans to lose their existing coverage. It would direct insurance companies to allow affected policy holders to renew their old coverage.
• 55% of American say they disapprove of Obamacare.
• Evangelist Ray Comfort has had his official Twitter account taken over by an unknown atheist who has given Comfort an ultimatum. He insists that Comfort is to stop denigrating non-believers or he won't let him get his account back.
• Republicans could see great gains due to Obamacare failures.
• Appeals court rules that the Obama administration is violating the religious rights of Americans by demanding that employers provide abortifacients for their employees.
• Obama administration aggressively marketing Obamacare to American churches.
• Videographer James O'Keefe releases new undercover video that focuses on the navigators that are helping citizens sign up for Obamacare. The video shows government workers advising clients to lie, ignore procedures and evade the legal requirements when signing up.
