- He talked about a doctor who reports that blood from HIV Positive homosexual men tainting the blood supply. This said in light of a federal panel that is considering research regarding the 30 year old ban on homosexual men giving blood.
• Vic played audio from Michael Cannon of the Cato Institute who stated before a Congressional panel that the American People might consider not obeying the laws of the land because our leaders are continually not obeying the laws they have passed
• Supreme Court of the United States says that President Obama broke the law when
he appointed people the National Labor Relations Board while the Senate was still in session
• 6 out of the 9 States that opposed the Pentagon's directive to provide same sex benefits to their National Guards have capitulated.
