The family of Justina Pelletier is considering legal action against the state of Massachusetts for what they believe was the abduction of their daughter.

High School salutatorian was unconstitutionally told not to mention his Christian faith during his graduation speech by school officials in Brawley, California.

President Obama, speaking before a Democratic LGBT fundraiser, thanked the audience for making America more just and compassionate.

The White House plans to give workers leave to care for same-sex spouses.

On the other hand, the Obama administration announced that it has cut all financial aid to Uganda due to the nation's law against homosexuality.

35 years after being kicked out of the U.S. Army for being homosexual, an Oklahoma City woman has won her fight to have her discharge changed from 'other than honorable' to 'honorable'. She wants disability benefits for PTSD, believing she suffers from this not because of combat but because of what she describes as the intentional humiliating treatment Army officials inflicted on her because she was homosexual.

President Obama authorizes an 8 member military honor guard to march alongside half-naked people and drag queens in 'pride' parade.

The Department of Justice has a division called 'DOJ Pride'. This division's website instructs managers at the DOJ to use inclusive language in order to be welcoming to those of the LGBT community. Silence regarding the LGBT lifestyle is interpreted as disapproval.
