Taunts Attorney General Eric Holder In Speech
“I don’t need a lecture’ from cabinet member held in contempt of Congress”

It’s not hard to figure out how Sarah Palin feels about Attorney General Eric Holder. The outspoken proponent of Tea Party principles has blasted the Obama Administration as a whole for their continued pattern of lawlessness and has even recently begun a campaign to gather support for an impeachment effort for the 44th president who appears utterly resistant to the idea of enforcing the laws he is duty-bound to enforce.
However, at the Western Conservative Summit in Denver on Saturday, the former Alaska governor took aim at Holder and his inflammatory remarks he made a week earlier.
In an interview with ABC News, Holder criticized those who take issue with the Obama Administration’s abuses as doing so out of “racial animus.”
“There’s a certain level of vehemence, it seems to me, that’s directed at me [and] directed at the president,” Holder stated. “You know, people talking about taking their country back. … There’s a certain racial component to this for some people. I don’t think this is the thing that is a main driver, but for some there’s a racial animus.”
To Palin, that’s just absurd. The Tea Party bullhorn told an enthusiastic crowd, “I don’t need lectures from Eric Holder.”
Palin even took a sharp jab at the crooked Attorney General, saying, “Not many cabinet members in U.S. history have been held in contempt of Congress.”
“That racism charge is a disgusting, false charge. Just because someone opposes a failed unjust agenda that makes them a racist, Mr. Attorney General?” Palin continued.
Indeed, many race-hustlers on the left have jumped to defend the president and Holder from criticism by playing the race card, presuming that any criticism is racially motivated and thus, illegitimate. » Full Story
