Former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg Beaten
Ernest Istook, TPNN — One of America’s richest liberals just got beaten by a conservative black Democrat.The sheriff of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, David Clarke, advises citizens to keep a gun at home and be trained in how to use it, because police can never respond to 9-1-1 calls quickly enough to stop most home invasions.
That upset former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the mega-billionaire who is spending millions to promote gun control.
Bloomberg spent a fortune on negative TV ads trying to defeat Clarke, but failed. Clarke is a special threat to the gun control movement because he’s black and he’s a Democrat. So he threatens to make inroads among those groups that the gun control movement wants to own.
Clarke has become a hero now to millions of Americans. The Second Amendment exists so that we can provide our own protection, not just hope that government will provide protection for us.
