Greg Campbell, Political Analyst, TPNN — Late last month, as Americans were distracted by the news of Attorney General Eric Holder’s resignation, President Obama quietly and unceremoniously violated his oath of office once again by bolstering lawlessness as the official policy of the United States.Obama issued another unconstitutional executive order that would allow illegal immigrants to join the United States military.
Despite holding such a low regard for our nation and her laws that millions remain in the country illegally, many of these illegal immigrants are now eligible to take the jobs of Americans in the armed forces, according to the new edict.
The policy is open to those who qualify for Obama’s equally-unlawful Deferred Action for Child Arrivals program (DACA).
To discuss the issue, Army Lt. Col. Allen West (ret.) joined Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro to discuss the unlawful action.
When Judge Jeanine noted that it was a felony to arm an illegal immigrant, Col. West agreed but noted,
“When has law ever meant anything to Barack Hussein Obama? But the more important thing we have to come to understand is that if you go to the Constitution, to Article I, Section VIII, Clause number four, that says that only Congress has the ability to make rules or laws regarding naturalization; the president does not have that. So, when you go back and look at the executive order he did, calling it a DREAM Act, you look at this edict that he has sent down, it is an unlawful order.”
Col. West also provocatively noted that the demand from the president that recruiters and other members of the military sign-up illegals is, in fact, an unlawful order and that such military members are “well within their rights” to disobey the unlawful order passed down from the president.

The student association claimed the cartoons were "hate speech" and they wanted their university to brand it as such and to do something about it.
Well, Professor Wichman did just that.

Norvell Rose, Western Journalism — Barack Obama’s emphatic and repeated promise not to deploy new American combat forces in Iraq now appears to have put the president into an extremely awkward and possibly indefensible position.Reports from various news sources show that Obama’s limited air campaign against ISIS has failed to stop the aggressive onslaught by the terror organization. And number of military experts have recently criticized the president’s “no boots on the ground” approach as anemic and ineffective.
A senior government official in Iraq is now claiming that up to 10,000 armed fighters for the Islamic State are amassed at the very gates of Baghdad, poised to assault the capital, according to The Telegraph.
Iraqi officials have issued a desperate plea for America to bring US ground troops back to the embattled country, as heavily armed Islamic State militants came within striking distance of Baghdad.CNN is also reporting that ISIS forces have made major advances, leading Iraqi officials to plead for additional ground support from the U.S.-led coalition.
Amid reports that Isil forces have advanced as far as Abu Ghraib, a town that is effectively a suburb of Baghdad…Sabah al-Karhout, president of the provisional council of Anbar Province, [warned that] the vast desert province to the west of Baghdad has now largely fallen under jihadist control.
Leaders in Iraq’s Anbar province pleaded for U.S. ground troops to halt the group’s rapid, relentless assault. Officials in Baghdad and Washington have not given recognition to their appeal.And as those pleas appear to fall on deaf ears, cnn.com carries a story that shows just how perilous ISIS has become to high-ranking Iraqi security officials:
In a major setback, Gen. Ahmed Saddak, the police chief of Anbar province, was killed Saturday night in a roadside bomb that targeted his convoy, officials said.On top of the volatile security problems in the Middle East, there are serious political problems here at home for the White House.
A recent opinion poll cited by CBS News shows that Obama’s ISIS policy is unpopular with American voters…meaning that the peril that policy is now facing could lead to voter backlash against Obama-supporting Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections.
President Obama continues to receive negative ratings for his handling of the situation with ISIS militants in Iraq and Syria. Forty percent approve of the job the President is doing on ISIS, but more (51 percent) disapprove. In September, the split was 39 percent approval, 48 percent disapproval.Plus, there’s world opinion…and that’s not so good for Obama either. As one particularly scathing column in The Independent observes, the U.S. strategy is “in tatters,” allowing ISIS to greatly expand its influence and power:
A month ahead of the midterm elections, Republicans hold a large advantage on the issue of terrorism — as they did in September. Fifty-three percent of voters think the Republican Party will do a better job dealing with terrorism, while far fewer – 32 percent – pick the Democrats.
America’s plans to fight Islamic State are in ruins as the militant group’s fighters come close to capturing Kobani and have inflicted a heavy defeat on the Iraqi army west of Baghdad.
The US-led air attacks launched against Islamic State (also known as Isis) on 8 August in Iraq and 23 September in Syria have not worked. President Obama’s plan to “degrade and destroy” Islamic State has not even begun to achieve success. In both Syria and Iraq, Isis is expanding its control rather than contracting.

How did a health worker in Dallas wearing full protective gear catch Ebola if the virus “does not spread easily”? Just last week, Barack Obama declared to the public that you cannot get Ebola “sitting next to someone on a bus”, and yet a nurse in protective gear that was taking extreme precautions to avoid being exposed to the disease has just caught it. The head of the CDC says that there must have been a “breach in protocol” somewhere, because of course the CDC guidelines regarding the transmission of this virus could never be wrong. Even with everything that has happened, our public officials are still insisting that Ebola is “difficult to catch”. But could it be possible that they are wrong? More than 200 health workers over in Africa that were treating Ebola patients in full protective gear have ended up contracting Ebola themselves. More than 100 of them have died. We were told that would never happen in the United States because we are so much more advanced than they are over in Africa. But now it has happened. Our very first Ebola case passed the virus to a health worker that was treating him. If Ebola can be transmitted to health workers this easily, what chance is the general public going to have during a full-blown Ebola pandemic?The misinformation that the U.S. government continues to put out is absolutely staggering. We are being led to believe that you basically have to slather yourself in someone’s body fluids in order to catch Ebola from them. Just consider what Barack Obama said just last week…
