Rudy Giuliani: Darren Wilson’s Case NEVER
Should Have Even Been Brought To The Grand Jury
Case closed. Move on, race-hustlers.

By Greg Campbell — New York State judge Sol Wachtler once famously noted that grand juries could “indict a ham sandwich,” meaning that it doesn’t take much for them to recommend that charges be brought against an alleged offender.

So what does it say about the weakness of the case brought against Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson if the grand jury saw no reason to bring charges?

According to former New York Mayor and prosecutor Rudy Giuliani, the case never should have been brought to the grand jury.

On “Fox News Sunday,” Giuliani remarked:
“Having read the transcripts of the Grand Jury, and having been a prosecutor for thirteen years, I don’t see how this case normally would even have been brought to the Grand Jury. This is the kind of case, had it not had the racial overtones and the national publicity, in which the prosecutor would have come to the conclusion that there was not enough evidence to bring to the Grand Jury.”

“Attorney General Holder’s gonna have to take a case in which a jury couldn’t find probably cause to indict, and he’s gonna have to try to find probable cause in front of a federal Grand Jury. It’s an impossible case to present to a Grand Jury,” Giuliani continued.

“Nobody wants to read these transcripts,” Giuliani concluded.

While Ferguson rioters burn their community and loot stores, they evade the central fact that justice was served; the case was put before the justice system and the grand jury made their decision.

Jesus Privately Briefing His Inner Circle of Disciples
Regarding The Last Days
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. ~ Matthew 24:3-14
