A HUGE Victory For The Rule Of Law Over Obama’s Illegal Amnesty

By Matthew Burke— Late Monday, the State of Texas won an injunction against Obama’s illegal amnesty, when a federal judge ruled that the scheme must be halted, at least temporarily. While coming short of calling Obama’s illegal amnesty unconstitutional, which it clearly is since only Congress can make or change laws, Judge Andrew Hanen said it shouldn’t take effect until all of the legal challenges have been properly addressed.
On the eve of implementation of Obama’s amnesty, a power he previously argued 22 times, in his own words, that he did not have, Judge Hannen, in a 123-page ruling, indicated that once taxpayers begin funding Obama’s illegal amnesty, there is virtually no way to go back.
“Once these services are provided, there will be no effective way of putting the toothpaste back in the tube should the plaintiffs ultimately prevail,” Judge Hanen wrote, according to the Houston Chronicle.
Newly-elected Texas Governor Greg Abbott, the leader of one of the 25 other states to challenge Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty, said in a statement about the ruling:
“Judge Hanen’s decision rightly stops the president’s overreach in its tracks. We live in a nation governed by a system of checks and balances, and the president’s attempt to bypass the will of the American people was successfully checked today.”
A multitude of recent polls show that the Democrat Party’s scheme to import unskilled government-dependent foreigners, simply to garner votes at the expense of hard-working American taxpayers, remains highly unpopular, even polls by the leftstream media.
Americans were recently outraged to learn that the Obama IRS would be dolling out tax refunds or “retroactive amnesty bonuses” to illegal alien non-citizens, even for prior years that they paid no taxes. ...

Tom McInerney is slamming the Obama administration for failing to take obvious military steps to destroy the terrorists and identify radical Islam as the motivating factor for the atrocities committed throughout the region.McInerney is a Vietnam veteran and rose to the No. 3 position in the Air Force during his career in uniform. He is now a Fox News military analyst.
On Sunday, ISIS released a new video depicting the beheading of 21 Coptic Christians from Egypt on a beach in Libya.
U.S.-led airstrikes have been aimed at ISIS since August, after the terrorists beheaded American journalists James Foley and Steven Sotloff. However, McInerney said the operations could be far more intense and would quickly cripple the enemy if done right....

In a move clearly intended by the Obama Administration to suppress the acquisition, ownership and use of AR-15s and other .223 caliber general purpose rifles, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives unexpectedly announced today that it intends to ban commonplace M855 ball ammunition as “armor piercing ammunition.” The decision continues Obama’s use of his executive authority to impose gun control restrictions and bypass Congress.
It isn’t even the third week of February, and the BATFE has already taken three major executive actions on gun control. First, it was a major change to what activities constitute regulated “manufacturing” of firearms. Next, BATFE reversed a less than year old position on firing a shouldered “pistol.” Now, BATFE has released a “Framework for Determining Whether Certain Projectiles are ‘Primarily Intended for Sporting Purposes’ Within the Meaning of 18 U.S.C. 921(a)(17)(c)”, which would eliminate M855’s exemption to the armor piercing ammunition prohibition and make future exemptions nearly impossible.
By way of background, federal law imposed in 1986 prohibits the manufacture, importation, and sale by licensed manufacturers or importers, but not possession, of “a projectile or projectile core which may be used in a handgun and which is constructed entirely . . . from one or a combination of tungsten alloys, steel, iron, brass, bronze, beryllium copper, or depleted uranium.” Because there are handguns capable of firing M855, it “may be used in a handgun.” It does not, however, have a core made of the metals listed in the law; rather, it has a traditional lead core with a steel tip, and therefore should never have been considered “armor piercing.” Nonetheless, BATFE previously declared M855 to be “armor piercing ammunition,” but granted it an exemption as a projectile “primarily intended to be used for sporting purposes.”
Now, however, BATFE says that it will henceforth grant the “sporting purposes” exception to only two categories of projectiles: NRA Visit link for more details.

The Pope also mentioned the murders while speaking to a Scottish ecumenical delegation.

According to the Virginia Commission on Youth, special needs students account for only 12 percent of all public school students in the United States, but they “represent 75 percent of those physically restrained and 58 percent of those secluded“. At some schools, physical restraints used on special needs children include handcuffs, duct tape and bungee cords. And often the scream rooms that these children are “isolated” in are so horrifying that it scars many of them for life. One of the key measures for any society is how it treats those that are most vulnerable. And the way that we are treating our special needs children is sorely lacking. Hopefully articles like this one will help bring awareness and change.Yes, there are some education professionals that have a real heart for special needs kids and that do a great job working with them.
Unfortunately, there simply is not enough of them....
