OBAMA SEIZES CONTROL OF THE INTERNET
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show: America is no longer a Constitutional Republic or a Federal Republic. We live in an administrative state under a massive 4th branch of government that we have no influence on whatsoever. The FCC, under direction of President Obama and his specific demands, has taken control of the Internet through Net Neutrality despite having no authority to do so. The left will defend this action by saying it’s for equality and consumer rights; useless catchphrases that destroy the liberties of the people they claim to represent. This isn’t an issue of national security, but about a growing police state extending its control. Obama is doing more damage to the United States than all of our foreign enemies combined.Also, Dick Durbin has exposed himself and the Democrat party as tyrants, claiming that the Constitution is flawed. They don’t want to re-write the Constitution; they want to supplant it. Later, Obama’s immigration policies are intended to reshape American politics, confessing that his open-border policy is to change the racial makeup of our country.

By Rowan Scarborough, New York Times — The U.S. military is shedding so many troops and weapons it is only “marginally able” to defend the nation and falls short of the Obama administration’s national security strategy, according to a new report by The Heritage Foundation on Tuesday.“The U.S. military itself is aging. It’s shrinking in size,” said Dakota Wood, a Heritage analyst. “And it’s quickly becoming problematic in terms of being able to address more than one major conflict.”
President Obama’s latest strategy is to size the armed forces so that the four military branches have sufficient troops, ships, tanks and aircraft to win a large war, while simultaneously acting to “deny the objectives of — or impose unacceptable costs on — another aggressor in another region.”...

The law was the greatest unifying and equalizing force that we have in our culture. The law is what makes the richest person drive the precise same speed limit as the poorest person. The law is what makes the richest person in this country pay his or her taxes on the same day as the poorest person. The law, Mr. Chairman is symbolized by a blindfolded woman holding a set of scales and a sword. The law is both a shield and a sword. And it is the foundation upon which this republic stands.
We think so highly of the law Mr Chairman, that in the oath of citizenship administered to those who pledge allegiance to this country. It makes 6 different references to the law. So attempts to undermine the law via executive fiat regardless of motivation are detrimental to the foundation of a democracy.

At what U.S. officials say is a historic low point in relations between the longtime allies, the White House now sees Mr. Netanyahu as a serious threat to President Barack Obama ’s efforts to reach an agreement with Iran to limit its nuclear program.
U.S. officials are deliberately moving to undercut the Israeli leader’s influence ahead of his controversial speech to Congress next week by casting him as opposing any deal with Iran regardless of the terms.
This just after John Kerry publicly said yesterday that Netanyahu didn’t know what he was talking about with respect to the Iranian agreement, even criticizing him on supporting the war in Iraq, clearly trying to suggest that Netanyahu has bad judgment....
