By Colleen Conley — A conservative group has filed a racketeering lawsuit in the US District Court for Southern Florida against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, which accuses her of failing to produce documents under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).According to The Hill, the civil suit, filed Wednesday by Freedom Watch, states that Clinton used her private emails to sell access to other officials in return for donations to the Clinton Foundation.
It alleges that, during her tenure, Clinton withheld documents requested under FOIA regarding State Department waivers given to businesses or individuals doing business with Iran, possibly undermining U.S.-imposed sanctions.
The complaint, which lists Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation as defendants, alleges the Clintons sold access to other U.S. government officials in return for donations to their organization, which they concealed, allegedly, by using a private computer server for her emails operated from their home in Chappaqua, New York.
Larry Klayman, the founder of Freedom Watch, launched dozens of lawsuits against former President Bill Clinton’s administration.
In the new lawsuit, he alleges that, during Hillary Clinton’s tenure, the State Department “clearly leaked” information to New York Times reporter David Sanger on U.S. and Israeli efforts to counteract Iran’s nuclear weapons program.
“Public reports about plans to counter Iran’s nuclear weapons development programs undermined the effectiveness of those plans by revealing them to Iran and other terrorist organizations and states,” the complaint states.
The civil suit alleges the Clintons “systematically and continuously … conducted a corrupt enterprise” over more than 10 years, allegedly in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) Act, which deals with abuse and misuse of organizations or businesses.
In a statement, Klayman cast his lawsuit as “the first and only hard-hitting case to address the growing email scandal.”
“What Hillary Clinton, her husband, and their foundation have done is nothing new. It is simply part of a criminal enterprise which dates back at least 10 years, all designed to enrich themselves personally at the expense of the American people and our nation. It’s time, however, that they finally be held legally accountable.”Clinton acknowledged the private server earlier this month, explaining that she deleted more than 30,000 emails her aides deemed personal, and turned over the rest to the State Department for archiving. She never set up an official government email as Secretary of State. Her aides also used the private email system.
The private email server was discovered by the House Select Benghazi Committee, which is investigating the deadly 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya. The committee has asked Clinton to turn over her server to an independent arbiter. In addition, Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) has also demanded Clinton turn over the server but has so far not directed House Republicans to subpoena her records....

By Bob Unruh, WND — In a move that is being blasted by commentators as part of President Obama’s “jihad against Jews,” the White House has abruptly declassified details of Israel’s nuclear program.According to a report from Israel National News, the Obama administration declassified a Department of Defense top-secret document with details of Israel’s assets, “a highly covert topic that Israel has never formally announced to avoid a regional nuclear arms race.”
The report said “until now,” the U.S. has respected that effort by remaining silent.
“But by publishing the declassified document from 1987, the U.S. reportedly breached the silent agreement to keep quiet on Israel’s nuclear powers for the first time ever, detailing the nuclear program in great depth,” the report said.
It openly questioned, “Obama revenge for Netanyahu’s Congress talk,” and other commentators were more direct.
At Shoebat.com, started by a former Muslim terror team member turned Christian, was the blunt headline, “Obama’s evil revenge on Netanyahu continues.”
And at Pamela Geller’s Atlas Shrugs, she called it “Obama’s jihad against the Jews.”
“Obama is sick, sick with Jew-hatred – unbalanced, unhinged, a danger to this this country, our allies, the world. Israel’s nuclear program, whatever it may be, is purely existential insurance. If they have a nuclear weapon, they have had it for 50 years and have never used it, despite the decades-long Muslim wars against the Jews,” she wrote.
“Israel has shared its secrets with the U.S. for decades. They never imagined a jihadist in the White House.”

Clothesline — A key component of the controversial Jade Helm military exercise set to take part in nine U.S. states this summer will involve soldiers operating “undetected amongst civilian populations,” to see if they can infiltrate without being noticed.The “realistic” military training exercise, which will involve the Green Berets, Navy Seals, and the 82nd Airborne Division, is set to take place from July 15-Sepember 15, but has prompted concerns after Texas and Utah were labeled “hostile” territory in documents related to the exercise.
A Houston Chronicle report reveals that soldiers will attempt to blend in with the local population in an effort to test the effectiveness of infiltration techniques. Residents will be advised to report “suspicious activity” during the exercise.
“They’re going to set up cells of people and test how well they’re able to move around without getting too noticed in the community,” said Roy Boyd, chief deputy with the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office. “They’re testing their abilities to basically blend in with the local environment and not stand out and blow their cover.”...

Saudi Arabian forces, joined by nine other countries, have launched a military operation in Yemen against Shiite Houthi rebels, the Saudi ambassador to the US said. The offensive, which started with airstrikes, will also involve “other military assets.”
According to Ambassador Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, the military operation in Yemen started at 7 p.m. EST (11 p.m. GMT). The US is not participating in the operation, the envoy stressed.
Al Arabiya reported that warplanes of the Royal Saudi Air Force bombed positions of Yemen’s Houthi militia, targeting their air defenses.
Reports from the ground indicate that Saudi forces have bombed an office belonging to Houthi rebels in Sanaa's Jiraf area, with many casualties.
Residents are saying that warplanes are targeting the capital’s airport, according to Reuters.
Houthis are allegedly using heavy anti-aircraft fire to respond to the bombing.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait issued a joint statement saying that they “decided to repel Houthi militias, Al-Qaeda and ISIS (Islamic State) in the country.” The Gulf states said they were responding to a “major threat” to the stability of the region, saying that their cause is to “repel Houthi aggression” in Yemen.
