Interpretation:
“The brother with me and myself have given allegiance to Amirul Mu’mineen (Prince of the Faithful). May Allah accept us as mujahideen”.
Amirul Mu’minin or The Prince of the Faithful can only be interpreted as the current Caliph Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi of ISIS. This would mean that the two are lone wolves who gave allegiance to ISIS.
As it appears that the time of the tweet was 15 to 20 minutes before the shooting. This confirms that this tweet is linked to the attack and that the two terrorists are ISIS lone wolves.
After the attack, the “AbuHussainAlBritani” account began tweeting praise of the Texas shooting, and linked the attack to ISIS....

By Cheryl Chumley, WND Global Jihad — Pamela Geller, the organizer of the Texas “Draw Muhammad” event in Garland, Texas, that ended in a terror attack on a police officer, said on national television Monday she’d do it again – that free speech is way too important to cede to Shariah law extremists.“Clearly what happened is indicative of how needed this conference was,” said Geller, on “Fox & Friends,” in reference to the violence that came on the tail end of the cartoon drawing contest, as WND previously reported.
Calling free speech the “issue of our age,” Geller then dug in about the importance of the event.
“Inoffensive speech needs no protection,” she said. “Offensive speech needs protection … [and] I’m not responsible for the violence conducted by others.”
She also said “it’s offensive … that somehow because we drew a cartoon that gunmen [aren't responsible] … is just incredible for me.”
She struck a blunt tone:
“We will not abridge our freedom of speech
in order to not offend savages. …

This is our First Amendment. This is crucial.”
The two gunmen who waged the attack at the event were quickly shot and killed by police. The unarmed school resource officer who was shot is expected to fully recover.
Geller was being interviewed inside the building when the gunfire erupted outside.
Donald Trump, appearing on “Fox & Friends” shortly after Geller, slammed her for holding the event.
“She’s taunting them,” Trump said. “What is she doing? She’s taunting them. I don’t know, maybe she just likes risk … [but] what the hell is she doing and what is the purpose of it?”...

Watchdog group Judicial Watch has claimed the Muslim terrorists of Islamic State (a.k.a. ISIS or ISIL) are operating a training camp in Mexico about eight miles from the U.S. border near El Paso, Texas.
The fact the event was attacked is proof that free speech needs protection in America, event organizer and author Robert Spencer told this writer in a late-night telephone interview.
