Because we’ve seen eerily similar situations play out in our nation before. In fact, this situation was a precursor to the first American Revolution.Concurrent with the captive corporate media’s feeding frenzy vilifying patriots and other citizens concerned about Jade Helm 15 by calling them conspiracy fanatics, government officials in various cities, counties and municipalities are welcoming American troops to their towns with open arms, apparently having no clue of the event that precipitated the American Revolution. These local officials are intellectually hobbled and history-deficient, for if they cracked open a history book, they would understand that throwing down a welcome mat for troops in their towns is an invitation to eventual bloodshed.
Nobody, it seems, has raised any Constitutional objections about this operation against the backdrop of the Third Amendment of the Bill of Rights. I’ve yet to hear any politician, local, state or municipal governing body or political pundit discuss the implications of this “exercise” in the historical context of the American Revolution and the Bill of Rights.
To be clear, the Third Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads as follows:
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.So what does this have to do with the upcoming Jade Helm operation and in a larger sense, the use of American troops on the streets of America? Justice Confirms Plans To Move Forward On New Gun Rules
WND — Critics are warning that the Obama administration is readying for a “final assault” on Second Amendment rights as the Justice Department plans to move forward on a long list of new gun rules, according to the Hill.The report says the agency has proposed the regulations to enact before Obama leaves office.
“It’s clear President Obama is beginning his final assault on our Second Amendment rights by forcing his anti-gun agenda on honest law-abiding citizens through executive force,” Luke O’Dell, vice president of political affairs at the National Association for Gun Rights, told the Hill.
The agency’s plans, released by Unified Agenda, a list of rules that federal bureaucrats are working on, apparently are to focus on people who do not qualify for gun ownership, and stem from Obama’s pursuit of regulations following the school shooting in Sandy Hook.

Heyes, Natural News — A privacy watchdog organization from Belgium has accused Facebook of "trampling" on European privacy laws because the social media giant tracks users online without their consent.The Privacy Protection Commission (PPC), which is currently working with French, Spanish, German, and Dutch counterparts, has also accused Facebook officials of dodging questions from national regulators.
As reported by Reuters, the PPC launched its allegations after attempting to obtain more information regarding the social media corporation's overall practices. The organization is urging web surfers to install privacy software on their computers in order to shield themselves from Facebook's tracking systems, even if they don't have an account with the California-based media company.

Islamic terrorism is here and it will only get worse. Shutting up the few who speak candidly and openly about jihad terror makes us all more unsafe.Following the cowardly policy change for the New York MTA, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, or WMATA, has now suspended all issue-oriented ads through the end of year after we submitted our free-speech ad.
Because freedom of speech is under violent assault, my human-rights advocacy group, the American Freedom Defense Initiative, or AFDI, had announced a new ad campaign to defend freedom of speech and stand up to violent intimidation, kicking off in the nation’s capital.
Because the media and the cultural and political elites continue to self-enforce the Shariah without the consent of the American people by refusing to show any depictions of Muhammad or showing what it was in Texas that had jihadists opening fire, we had intended to run an ad featuring the winning cartoon by former Muslim Bosch Fawstin from our Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest in Garland, Texas.
We wanted to allow the American people to see what the cowardly press is censoring in accordance with the blasphemy laws under the Shariah (Islamic law).
We submitted the ad campaign to WMATA to run on buses and train dioramas in the Foggy Bottom, Capitol South, Bethesda, L’Enfant Plaza and Shady Grove stations.
But instead of doing what was necessary to protect the public and defending the freedom of speech, WMATA changed its rules, submitting to the assassin’s veto and sending the signal that violent intimidation works.
Oh, the irony.
This is an end run around the First Amendment. This is clearly a 21st-century tactic being used to impose Islamic law, and we cannot submit. The latest development is the media, the cultural and political elites, continue to self-enforce the Shariah without the consent of the American people. They’re doing so by refusing to show any depictions of Muhammad or showing how innocuous the cartoon was in Texas that jihadists opened fire over, trying to slaughter all of us.
These cowards may claim that they are making people safer, but I submit to you the opposite. They are making it far more dangerous for Americans everywhere. Rewarding terror with submission is defeat. Absolute and complete defeat.
More demands, more violence will certainly follow. The message is that terror works.
