Ted Cruz, R-Texas, when he was the Texas solicitor general could throw a wrench in the Obama administration’s plan to relieve Iran of the economic sanctions that have been used to curb its nuclear ambitions.It seems, according to Breitbart’s Big Government, the individual states are not required to adopt the position that Obama advocates.
According to the report, the 2008 Medellin v. Texas case settled constitutional law stipulating that U.S. states “cannot be forced to comply with international treaties unless Congress has passed statutes giving them effect.”

The transaction runs contrary to the terms of the nuclear accord the six world powers and Iran signed in Vienna earlier this month.These tanker planes can simultaneously refuel six to eight warplanes. It doesn’t matter that we are seeing a surge of illegal immigrants lately, Reuters reported that president Obama and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan are busy defending Turkey. The two spent much time and discussed over the telephone on Wednesday ways to secure Turkey’s Syrian border and to cooperate on other regional security issues, including stopping foreign fighters from coming into Turkey, the White House announced in a statement.
Never mind the marines who were killed in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Obama is worried about the suicide bomber who detonated a bomb in the Turkish city of Suruc near the Syrian border, killing 32 people and injuring more than 100. All this, regardless that reports reveal Erdogan’s daughter is serving in a hospital near the Syrian borders and sees to it that she cares for the injured ISIS terrorists. The story goes that a discontented nurse working clandestinely for a covert medical corps in Şanlıurfa—a city in south-eastern Turkey, close to the border with neighboring Syria— divulges information about the alleged role which Sümeyye Erdoğan plays in providing extended medical care for ISIS wounded militants transferred to Turkish hospitals.
