On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show: President Obama has vetoed the annual defense spending bill, which is effectively a vote to shut down the U.S. military while the Islamo-nazis and Russia and China are on the move. The bill would’ve boosted pay and benefits for the brave men and women in the military. Obama’s veto is because the proposed budget won’t increase domestic spending, and also makes it harder for him to transfer terrorists being detained in Guantanamo Bay to U.S. prisons. Obama is a greater threat to our military than any foreign nation because they don’t have the power to cut off funding.It’s ironic in a sick way that Obama’s veto comes on the same day as Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi hearing. Hillary, Obama and the whole corrupt regime knew within 24 hours that Al-Qaeda was behind the attack in Benghazi, but refused to let that info out because Joe Biden was too busy talking about how Osama Bin Laden was dead and Al-Qaeda was on the run. Hillary lied, Obama lied, Susan Rice lied – they all lied to once again put party and the Obama agenda before their country.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) grilled Hillary Clinton yesterday at the Benghazi committee hearing. Jim Jordan went after Hillary Clinton for claiming a video was responsible for attacks while in private telling others it was terrorism. Hillary Clinton informed the Benghazi Commission that as secretary of state, she had other duties besides sending emails.
Rep. Jordan relentlessly questioned former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Thursday over why she and other administration officials initially blamed a YouTube video for the Benghazi terror attacks, a claim contrary to available intelligence at the time. “Your experts knew the truth, your spokesperson knew the truth, Greg Hicks knew the truth,” Jordan said during a House Benghazi Committee hearing. “But what troubles me more is I think you knew the truth. Jordan accused Clinton of telling the president of Libya, Egyptian prime minister and even family members that terrorists were behind the attack, but later suggested an anti-Muslim video sparked the attack. “The American people want to know why,” Jordan added.
“If you look at the statement that I made, I clearly said it was an attack,” Clinton replied.
“Calling it an attack is like saying the sky is blue — of course it was an attack,” Jordan shot back.
At one point, Clinton looked visibly annoyed by Jordan’s line of questioning.
Clinton claimed there was a lot of “conflicting information” and later said part of the reason she spoke about the video was to alert other countries of the potential threat.
The exchange came when Congresswoman Susan Brooks (R) questioned Clinton about the absence of emails about the attack on the U.S. embassy on September 11, 2012, in Libya that left Ambassador Chris Stephens dead.

Hillary Clinton and Congressman Trey Gowdy got into a pretty testy exchange over the State Department’s Benghazi Accountability Review Board.
Rep. Gowdy pressed Clinton on its credibility and brought up how Admiral Mike Mullen––one of the board’s co-chairs––reached out to Clinton’s chief of staff to say one State Department official shouldn’t testify.
Clinton objected to his line of questioning and said she didn’t like the impugning of Mullen’s character, remarking how his work is “held in such low regard by some members of this committee.” When Gowdy continued to press Clinton on the credibility of the ARB, she said, “I can’t help it, Mr. Chairman, that you all don’t like the findings of the Accountability Review Board.”
She pointed to other committees that have looked into Benghazi too. Gowdy shot back that none of those likely had access to her emails.

Hillary Clinton finally has exposed her true agenda: confiscation of guns in America from law-abiding citizens. Both she and Obama have stated that they’ll use executive action if necessary to ensure gun control is accomplished. But now she’s begun speaking publicly about using the Australian model as a template for American gun control. By discussing the Australian “buyback,” what she’s making clear is that it’s not just the run-of-the-mill gun control that she’s after. She wants confiscation, too. The left seems to be in a race to see who can push this issue farthest and fastest since Obama made reference to the Australian gun grab a year ago, praising the move.Calling the legislation passed in Australia a “buyback” is deceptive. It was forced confiscation, with a “modest cash reimbursement to soften the blow.” Anyone who chose not to accept that reimbursement and turn in their guns was subject to having them forcibly taken and facing a prison sentence. How did they know whether someone wasn’t complying? Because prior to declaring guns contraband, national registration was implemented. Once the guns were registered, it was easy to force compliance.
Both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have suggested that the way to accomplish this is through executive orders, since Congress won’t pass such legislation. They seem to forget that the Second Amendment stands in the way of this scheme. But that doesn’t seem to deter either of them.
Many gun control activists falsely claim that “no one is coming for your guns.” But that’s a lie. They already have. Remember the door-to-door confiscation of guns in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005? Remember the calls for gun confiscation -- by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and others -- in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook tragedy?
Now, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have come out of the closet and made their true intentions for gun owners clear. But Gun Owners of America would say to them: “What part of ‘shall not be infringed’ don’t you understand?”
GOA will not stay silent and let opponents of the Second Amendment continue their plans for gun confiscation.
