By Michael Snyder, End Of The American Dream — The Russians have unleashed their own version of “shock and awe” in Syria, and the brutal efficiency of their airstrikes against ISIS targets has stunned many observers around the globe. For more than a year, the Obama administration has claimed that its bombing campaign in Syria has been a “success”, and yet ISIS has continued to grow stronger and gain more territory. But now just over a few days the tide of the conflict appears to have turned. The whole world has gotten a chance to see what a global superpower can truly do to a bunch of radical Islamic terrorists when it is focused and determined. The images that we have seen of hardened ISIS command centers being wiped off the face of the map by Russian bombs are truly impressive. But why did those targets still exist in the first place? Was the U.S. military unable to identify them previously? Or could it be possible that the Obama administration did not want to hit them?

Coincidence or Conspiracy On the Part of Obama?
Is it just a coincidence that Obama has been outmaneuvered by Putin, again? Because of Obama’s ineptitude or spirit of treason, you choose the correct answer, Russia has commenced military operations in the Middle East with its attacks upon ISIS. I, for one, have a very difficult time believing that Obama did not know what the Russians were about to do in Syria, given our sophisticated surveillance capabilities. As a result, Russia has begun killing CIA assets on the ground in Syria and Obama, just like Nero before him, continues to fiddle and does nothing. Many of us have concluded that America cannot win a war against the Russians or the Chinese as long as Obama is President. What are America’s options if it intended to win World War III?

As distasteful is living in a country that could de-evolve into a decades long guerilla warfare scenario, the thought of being totally unarmed in the face of our future occupiers is unthinkable because of what they could have in store for us, is unthinkable. Any move upon our guns should be considered as an act of war against the American people and the people should react accordingly. I am convinced that this issue has be our collective line in the sand.

Barack Obama wasted no time in turning the recent Oregon School Shooting into a political issue, calling for gun control, saying, “It cannot be this easy for somebody who wants to inflict harm on other people to get his or her hands on a gun. He then rattled off a list of gun free zones where shooters had inflicted damage, including Columbine, Blacksburg, Newtown, Aurora and Charleston.In response to Obama's admission that gun free zones don't work, Gun Owners of America Communications Director Erich Pratt said, “Mr. President, you just identified the problem. Every public mass shooting since 1950, EXCEPT FOR TWO, has occurred in a Gun Free Zone. This shooting is no different. And that is why Gun Owners of America agrees with the 86% of police officers who say that these types of incidents would be prevented if the potential victims were not disarmed. Obama’s call for so-called common sense gun control is insane, given that the criminally-minded don’t obey the law.”
Apparently Mr. Obama only wants criminals and terrorists and police officers to have guns on the streets. And don't be surprised if Obama calls for the disbarment of police officers since he's already made a lot of military installations gun free zones.
Erich Pratt's concluding remarks on this matter was, “Apparently, we have not learned the lesson of the 2012 Clackamas Mall shooting in Oregon. When a gunman began killing people in the mall, Nick Meli drew his concealed firearm and pointed it at the gunman, thus spooking him into taking his own life. Nick Meli was breaking the 'no guns policy' at the mall, but there are many survivors who are glad he did. We must repeal Gun Free Zones."
