• President Barack Obama has authorized sending fewer than 50 US troops to northern Syria. They will be deployed as advisers to the foreign-backed militants fighting the Syrian government. The group will be the first American boots on the ground stationed in Syria. Meanwhile, US Representative Mac Thornberry has said that an intensified U-S effort to fight the ISIL in Syria is long overdue. He said the Obama administration does not have a coherent strategy to fight terrorist groups.
• The Russian foreign minister has warned that the US sending troops to Syria can create the risk of a proxy war in the Middle East.
• Israel has authorized the construction of more settler units in the occupied West Bank.
• Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip have taken to the streets in support of the popular uprising in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem al-Quds. Many Palestinians have been killed since the uprising began on the first of October in response to the Israeli atrocities there.
• Israeli right-wing organizations are reportedly calling on Tel Aviv to take over the al-Aqsa Mosque compound amid rising violence in the occupied territories.
• Fox News Military Analyst Capt. Chuck Nash on reports that NATO is discussing increasing troops near Russian borders.

Part 3 of a Series Concerning the 3600 Year Cycle of Earth Changing Events. Investigations of a buried layer at sites from California to Belgium reveal materials that include metallic microspherules, carbon spherules, nanodiamonds, fullerenes, charcoal, and soot. The layer's composition may indicate that a massive body, possibly a comet, exploded in the atmosphere over the Laurentide Ice Sheet 12,900 years ago. The timing coincides with a great die-off of mammoths and other North American megafauna and the onset of a period of cooling in Northern Europe and elswhere known as the Younger Dryas Event.
