“That wouldn’t happen to be the same President Obama who was afraid to go on Fox, would it?” Carson said with a laugh, during an interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily.
“Must be a different guy,” said Carson, who recently topped a NBC News/WSJ poll. “That’s just ridiculous,” he added.
Late Monday, Obama taunted the GOP candidates for withdrawing from the planned NBC debate. “They say, ‘When I talk to [Russian president Vladimir] Putin, he’s going to straighten out’ … and then it turns out they can’t handle a bunch of CNBC moderators,” Obama scoffed.
Carson dismissed Obama’s heckle. “I think [there’s] universal accord on the idea that CNBC was way off base with that [October] debate.” Carson said. ...

By Michael Snyder, The Economic Collapse — Barack Obama sent a guided missile destroyer into disputed waters in the South China Sea to see if the Chinese would start shooting at it. Yes, this is what he actually did. Fortunately for us, the Chinese backed down and did not follow through on their threats to take military action. Instead, the Chinese have chosen to respond with very angry words. The Chinese ambassador to the United States, Cui Tiankai, says that what Obama did was “a very serious provocation, politically and militarily.” And as you will see below, a state-run newspaper stated that China “is not frightened to fight a war with the US in the region”. So why in the world would Obama provoke the Chinese like this? Yes, the Chinese claims in the South China Sea are questionable. But there are other ways to resolve things like this. My friend Rick Wiles began his radio broadcast yesterday by suggesting that these kinds of actions show that Barack Obama has become “mentally unstable”, and I would have to agree. You don’t risk military confrontations that could potentially spark World War III unless you have a really good reason to do so.

Here’s another end-times commentary based on reports from Clean TV Jerusalem Bureau Chief John McTernan.When God makes a promise, He keeps it. So, author John McTernan has made it his business to keep close watch over the surging numbers of Jews making Aliyah …that is…returning to live in their ancient promised land, Israel. And the latest statistics are nothing short of, well, Biblical in nature.
According to McTernan, Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics is reporting a robust 35 percent increase in legal immigration during the past 12 months. Among the 32 thousand recently admitted into the country, 28 thousand were Jews, exercising their historic “right of return” to live in the Jewish state. Most of the new Israeli citizens arrived from the Ukraine, France, Russia, and the United States.
But McTernan believes this may be just the beginning. As life becomes more hazardous for Jews in other parts of the world, including North America, Gentiles, and in particular, Christians, will help them find sanctuary in Israel…in fulfillment of Isaiah Chapter 49, verse22, “Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.”

His comments lead some conservative commenters to believe that Speaker Ryan may be willing to force Obama to shut down the federal government over Planned Parenthood funding or at least veto a bill that de-funds the abortion company.
“This is the legislative branch, and the power of the purse rests within the legislative branch. And we fully expect that we are going to exercise that power,” Ryan said yesterday when asked about some of the more controversial parts of the federal budget.
One of the controversial parts is whether the federal government will continue sending half a billion in taxpayer funds to the nation’s biggest abortion business, which has been caught selling aborted babies and their body parts. ...
