To understand ISIS, you have to understand the difference between terrorists and Islamic terrorists.
Ordinary terrorists have two goals; to compel the enemy to meet their political demands and to rally their supporters to consolidate their class, race or national identity group behind them.
ISLAMIC TERRORISTS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THE “POLITICAL DEMANDS” part. They will occasionally accept concessions and even offer Hudnas, temporary truces, but no permanent separate peace can be achieved with them. It’s why Israel’s peace process with terrorists has gone on failing for decades. It’s why the attempt by Gaddafi to achieve peace with the LIFG ended in a civil war and his death. It’s why Obama’s attempts to negotiate with the “moderate Taliban” failed miserably.
Al Qaeda and ISIS are not “negative” protest movements formed in response to our foreign policy. That’s a foolish self-centered idea held by foolish self-centered Westerners. Al Qaeda and ISIS are “positive” movements that seek to achieve larger religious goals entirely apart from us. ISLAMIC TERRORISTS ARE NOT RESPONDING TO US. THEY ARE RESPONDING TO THE KORAN AND TO OVER A THOUSAND YEARS OF HISTORY.

Yesterday the chancellor of Bethlehem College & Seminary, John Piper, published an article entitled “Should Christians Be Encouraged to Arm Themselves?” In the article he takes issue with Jerry Falwell, Jr. telling his students to go out and get their gun permits. Falwell said this:
“AS THE PRESIDENT OF THIS UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY OF NEARLY 15,000 STUDENTS AND 7,000 FACULTY AND STAFF, I TAKE VERY SERIOUSLY MY RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP YOU SAFE IN AN INCREASINGLY DANGEROUS WORLD. THAT’S WHY IN 2011 I ASKED OUR BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO CONSIDER A CONCEALED CARRY POLICY. IT WASN’T BECAUSE OF ISLAMIC TERRORISM, IT WAS BECAUSE WHAT HAPPENED (JUST) UP THE ROAD AT VIRGINIA TECH. MORE THAN 30 INNOCENT STUDENTS AND FACULTY WERE MURDERED VICIOUSLY AND NONE OF THEM HAD THE ABILITY TO PROTECT THEMSELVES. WE WERE PART OF ONLY A HANDFUL OF SCHOOLS IN THE UNITED STATES THAT HAD TAKEN THAT POSITION AT THAT TIME. NOW MANY SCHOOLS HAVE FOLLOWED SUIT. THERE ARE DOZENS AND WE HAVE HAD 1,600 PEOPLE TAKE THAT COURSE, 950 HERE NOW WITH CONCEALED CARRY PERMITS, AND AFTER I MADE THOSE REMARKS ON FRIDAY WE HAD 240 SIGN UP FOR A COURSE TOMORROW NIGHT. I WANT TO APPLAUD YOU AND THANK YOU FOR TAKING STEPS TO MAKE OUR CAMPUS MORE SAFE. I RECOGNIZE THAT NOT EVERY ONE OF YOU WILL (CARRY); IT’S ONLY FOR STUDENTS 21 YEARS AND OLDER.” SOURCE

1. Tax ammunition into oblivion and encourage the prosecution of gun manufacturers and bullet producers for shootings using their products. This is a given and will be rolled out very early in the form of an Executive Order.
2. The Federal government will purchase as much ammunition as possible in order to create shortages, thus, driving up the price of ammunition.
3. The prohibition of purchasing a gun in one state and transporting that same gun across state lines.
4. New Federal regulations which will permit, without a warrant, any civil authority to enter a home of a registered gun owner to check for gun safety when it comes to the “proper” storage of guns. Said gun can be confiscated and the owner will be subject to arrest and fines if a gun does not meet governmental storage regulations. The new regulations will be devised to prevent one from using the gun in a moment’s notice. ...
