CBS is now airing a Christian-bashing program titled Angel From Hell, about a "not-so-good" guardian angel starring Jane Lynch. The previews alone can make believers sick to their stomachs with the blasphemous content including crude humor, foul language and distasteful dialogue. The new show airs on Thursday evenings at 9:30 p.m. EST/8:30 p.m. CST with a 14-DL rating.
This program is a new comedy that focuses on a holier-than-thou character who is anything but that. The network also cast children in scenes that are extremely inappropriate, such as the angel using foul language in front of them and then joking that she never promised to be G-rated. The premiere also included the angel hiding liquor in the children's clothes and saying, "My booze!" followed by a little boy saying, "That's so cool!" Almost every scene included the angel drinking alcohol from a flask, even on Sunday, and once at a bar. Not to mention the angel rides on a wrecking ball while busting up a concrete angel statue.
Is nothing sacred anymore? Once again networks like CBS mock Christianity. Angel From Hell is a demeaning show portraying Christians in a negative light. This program is another attempt to distort the truth about Christianity. There is strength in numbers, so please share this with everyone you know!

On Friday, the Department of Homeland Security released updated information regarding the national identification card known as the REAL ID. Beginning January 22, 2018, all airline passengers will need identification cards that are in compliance with the more secure features required by the REAL ID Act of 2005. The REAL ID Act was passed in response to the 9/11 attacks, as part of the global War on Terror.Until this deadline, all states drivers licenses and passports will be valid for airline travel. Currently, five states and one territory – Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Washington and American Samoa – do not comply with Real ID standards. Several other states are reportedly taking steps to update their identification cards between now and the deadline. These standards include invasive biometric measures.

BY JONAH COMSTOCK, MOBI HEALTH NEWS — Redwood City, California-based Proteus Digital Health announced its first US healthcare provider customer, Barton Health, which will prescribe the company's Proteus Discover to patients. The company says this is the first time its technology has been implemented outside of a clinical trial setting in the US.
Barton Health, a health system in Lake Tahoe, California, will use the medication adherence platform, which includes Proteus’s FDA-cleared ingestible sensor, in populations with uncontrolled and co-morbid hypertension. Implementation for other chronic conditions will follow if the first use case goes well.
“Patients struggle with medication adherence for various reasons. When a non-adherent patient is not seeing results and the physician believes a patient is taking a medication, this may lead to unnecessary changes in treatment which can be costly for the patient and the health system,” Dr. Purvance, CEO of Barton Health, said in a statement. “This new product offering provides a data-driven communication channel between the medical provider and the patient that empowers the patient to take the appropriate dose of medication and better understand the importance of daily activity levels and other lifestyle changes.” ...

THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IS PLANNING TO EXPAND A PROGRAM TO LET WOULD-BE MIGRANTS FROM CENTRAL AMERICA APPLY FOR REFUGEE STATUS BEFORE THEY ATTEMPT TO COME TO THE U.S., SECRETARY OF STATE JOHN KERRY SAID WEDNESDAY.
The office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees will now conduct initial screenings to see whether migrants from EL SALVADOR, GUATEMALA AND HONDURAS, may qualify as refugees eligible to come to the United States legally.
