The best secular argument in the world against evolution is the Progressive Movement. While it is a movement, the only direction it is going perfectly follows Newton’s Second Law, moving America and the world from a relative state of order, to complete disorder. One must only look to the policies and practices of those champions of Progressivism to see how the tenets of this movement tear down not only the very basis of the family, but the structure and guidelines for living as given to us by God in Scripture.
Touting it as an “enlightened” way of seeing problems, followers of this deceptive cult will find themselves constantly looking to break one more barrier...change one more paradigm...sever one more natural tie, until the movement achieves the fabled “socialist utopia” that it seeks.
But as believers, we know that this state can only be achieved through the shed blood of our Savior that covers our sin and takes away the damnation and punishment that each of us deserve for our individual and collective transgressions that have brought us to this point.
