Will people actually worship the AI god? The answer is obvious — they will. We tend to trust and obey things that seem more powerful and worthy than ourselves. Put this together with ESPN’s daily dosage of liberal activism, their disastrous handling of the Jemele Hill controversy, the Robert Lee fiasco, coupled with the likelihood that NFL games might soon disappear from their network; and it’s very hard to see why anyone will be watching the network in the next few years. Of course, at the rate in which the NFL is alienating its fan base, there’s every chance that the NFL won’t be the biggest sport in the land in 2021. And that’s fine, ESPN and the NFL deserve each other.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Still don’t think boycotts are effective? Try half a million former NFL fans dumping their ESPN subscriptions to protest in one month alone players disrespecting the playing of our National Anthem. The financial fallout is real, and the NFL is scrambling to find the right combination of words to make it all go away. The ironic part is that a simple but sincere apology from the League to the fans would kinda do the trick. But will they do it? Can they do it? Nope.
