BY JEFF CROUERE — For decades, the United States has been a very hospitable host to this ungrateful, hateful collection of diplomats. By 2014, these international visitors had amassed over $16 million in unpaid parking tickets. For these diplomats, the laws of the United States are an afterthought and a mere inconvenience. Even worse, the members of the General Assembly regularly pass resolutions that are both anti-American and anti-Israeli. The latest outrage occurred this week as 128 nations in the General Assembly voted to condemn President Trump’s courageous decision to formally recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and move our embassy to this historic home of the Jewish people.

BY ISRAEL TODAY STAFF — Israel’s list of "best friends" seems to be growing thanks to the United States finally following through in deed on its long-standing claim to be the Jewish state’s closest ally.
For many a year, America said that Israel had no better friend in the world. And yet, the White House refused to officially accept the thing most important to Israelis and Jews everywhere - their ancient connection to Jerusalem.
Now that President Trump has righted that wrong, a number of other nations that seem to have just been waiting to follow America’s lead are also recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and vowing to move their embassies there.
The second nation after the United States to do so is Guatemala. On Sunday, Guatemalan President Jimmy Morales informed his people in a Facebook post that their embassy would soon be moved to Jerusalem, the capital of Israel.

EDITOR’S NOTE: You got to love this one. Mere days after UN Ambassador Nikki Haley said that the US will be “taking names” of countries that vote against America at the UN, she and President Trump put some bite to the bark. And just like that, $285,000,000 in money that last week was headed to the United Nations now is not. And oh, Guatemala has decided to move their Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in solidarity with both the US and Israel. Gotta love that Trump…yes, sir.
