If you have a King James Bible, when you read Acts 8 you thrill to see the salvation of the very first Gentile in the Church Age, the Ethiopian Eunuch, and you marvel at the dispensational truth that’s revealed when you’re shown that baptism in now no longer necessary for salvation. But…if you have an NIV, an ESV, or John MacArthur’s terrible new Legacy Standard Bible, those scripture nuggets have either been removed outright, or cast to the phantom zone of the footnotes section. People who cannot see dispensations in the Bible will try and tell you that salvation is the same from Genesis to Revelation, but that’s a lie. Salvation isn’t even the same from Acts 2 to Acts 8.
