Christian Hair Stylist Fired For Facebook Post Opposing Disney+ Pride Special
By Tyler Durden/Activist Post: A Virginia hair salon fired a Christian stylist over a Facebook post criticizing the streaming movie service Disney+. "My Facebook is my page," Sidney York, the fired stylist, told The Daily Signal in an interview Wednesday. "I understand it's a touchy subject and people may be offended over it, but it had nothing to do with my job."
York had worked at Hair We Are in Virginia Beach since July 2021. She said she knew her colleagues likely wouldn't appreciate her Christian views, but decided she had to speak up. "The hair industry--the beauty industry--is a very woke industry, and I've kind of kept my ideas silent for a while," she said. On Friday, June 2, she shared on Facebook, "I can't take this anymore, I stand with Jesus."

While the percentage of Americans formally associated with organized religion is dropping, America is still a relatively religious country. Most Americans have some religious association and most likely perform religious observance. “Holy” tends to describe items or people that are separated and elevated from everyday things. A holy book, while it might be printed in the same place where Harry Potter books are produced, has by its content standing in the eyes of its owner that he would not bring it into the bathroom or use it to hold open a barn door. That which one holds as holy is treated with reverence.

We haven't seen one expert claim differently, so as the war drums beat more loudly than ever before, with the Biden regime poking not only the Russian bear, but also being openly deceitful with China, both of which are nuclear powers, we are closer to World War III than ever before. Before the Covid fiasco and unnecessary lockdowns, we suggested getting masks, and gloves, hand sanitizers, etc....not to "comply" with any government mandates, but to use for personal protection if we wanted to, if we decided it was best for us, and we warned that those waiting might find themselves unable to obtain those items once public panic set in. Sure enough, shortages of masks, gloves and hand sanitizer, as well as toilet paper and paper goods, saw shortages almost immediately. So, once again we find ourselves with the mindset of get it now, be prepared, just in case.
