Did You Know That Valentine’s Day Comes From The Pagan Holiday Of Lupercalia Created By Rome And The Catholic Church 1,700 Years Ago?
From Feb. 13 to 15, the Romans celebrated the feast of Lupercalia. The men sacrificed a goat and a dog, then whipped women with the hides of the animals they had just slain. Happy Valentine’s Day!
Like with so many things in our modern-day lives, we are surround by pagan practices and rituals of all kinds from Christmas, Easter, the days of the week, and of course, Valentine’s Day. Christmas is the Roman Saturnalia, Easter celebrates Astaroth, the days of the week celebrate the Greek gods, and Valentine’s Day is a Roman fertility ritual called Lupercalia given to us in the closing days of political Rome as it was transitioning into papal Rome. Put that on a Hallmark card.
As I have said many times, the Roman Catholic Church is not the ‘original Christian church’, they simply absorbed it after 3 centuries of trying their hardest to destroy it. All popes, none excluded, are a type picture of the coming Antichrist, and Revelation devotes all of chapters 17 and 18 to warn you about them. If you believe anything in the New Testament, you understand that Rome was the greatest killer of Christians that ever existed. For it was Rome who killed the Lord, put a spear through His heart, killed all the apostles including Peter and Paul, and did the work of the Devil to stop it. When Rome couldn’t stop it, it changed tactics and ‘became Christian’, so anyone who was a Roman citizen was now considered a Christian.
Now you know the difference between the church Jesus started, and the church that Rome started.

By Breanna Claussen: The horrific massacre of 1,200 Israelis has engraved October 7th into the minds of Jewish people and others who watch the bloodshed from around the world. However, in the 1300s, the day which shuddered Jewish people to the bone would have been February 14th—which many now celebrate as “Valentine’s Day.”
While in America the most famous “Valentine’s Day massacre” revolves around the 1929 killing of seven in a Chicago gang-related shooting, February 14th, 1349, was the day of a far more deadly antisemitic campaign.
After being falsely accused of poisoning wells and infecting Europe with the “Black Plague,” an entire community of several thousand Jewish people in Strasbourg, France (at that time within the “Holy Roman Empire”) were arrested, barricaded into a Jewish cemetery, and burned alive.
Jews were then barred from the city, with these restrictions lifted almost 200 years later. Interestingly, it was only after the murderous event was perpetrated on the Jewish population—which took place on the Sabbath—that the “Black Plague” reached Strasbourg, resulting in the deaths of approximately 16,000 residents.
Valentine’s Day was reportedly instituted by the Pope in the 5th Century, weaving the traditions of the Catholic church into a banned pagan holiday in mid-February centered around fertility and ritual sexual activity. However, Valentine’s Day went largely dormant after the 5th Century and only began popping up in writing references in the 1370s, a few decades following the Strasbourg massacre.

Culture Wars: Christian Mother Barred From Adopting Over Beliefs On Gender
By Decision Magazine: A mother in Oregon has been barred by the state from adopting children from foster care due to her refusal to affirm a hypothetical child's gender transition, use false pronouns that do not match a child's biological sex and allow a child access to cross-sex hormones or puberty blockers.
Jessica Bates is represented in court by Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) attorneys and has received support from detransitioners and adoptive parents, as well as other entities such as religious liberty groups, free speech advocates and even 20 states, through friend-of-the-court briefs.
Bates' application to adopt from Oregon's foster care system was denied when she notified the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) that her Christian faith prevented her from affirming a child's gender transition and that she would not take a child to receive cross-sex hormone treatment.
Bates, whose husband died in a car accident in 2017, is a Christian single mother of five biological children. She applied to adopt from Oregon's foster care system in March of 2022, according to a district court ruling. When she attended a training as part of her application process, she and the others present were informed that "supporting a child's sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression meant that parents should use a child's preferred pronouns and affirm a child's gender identity."
The training and materials gave suggestions for how to support LGBTQ children, such as taking a child to a gay pride parade or hanging a rainbow flag or a "pink triangle" (a symbol for the LGBTQ community) in the house.
