Now: Rapture Stories!!! People say "Rapture" is NOT in the Bible. Pastor cites Scriptures relating to this theme. 1 Corinthians 15:51-53 —when will this happen? We don't have a date-but-we have Scriptures that give us clues! Thank you God, it WILL happen.
According to Scripture (and Scripture cannot be broken) we (believers) will be CHANGED. The Greek says "caught up," in the Latin Vulgate- rapture, Raptuo—sudden snatching or carrying away. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Is your name written in heaven? Will you be caught up at the time God designates? Exodus 31:18, tables of stone written by the finger of God. What if we found he ark of the covenant, with the tables of stone inside? People would worship it. When Moses came down the mountain with the 10 commandments on tables of stone, etched front and back. Upon seeing the Israelites break all of the 10, he dashed them to the ground and they broke.
One day God will write his covenant in our hearts, and we will never stray, God will come come with 10 Thousands of his saints—Us! The Bible is True. God has the strength of a unicorn. Saaay whaaaat??! Is the Bible full of myths, or is it to be taken literally? We believe the Bible in its most literal sense. Don't jump to conclusions, listen first, think and pray about it and then you decide. That's not too much to ask.
