NOW THE END BEGINS
By Geoffrey Grider:
At least eight people were killed and 2,750 others including Hezbollah fighters, medics and Iran’s envoy to Beirut were wounded on Tuesday when the pagers they use to communicate exploded across Lebanon, security sources and the Lebanese health minister said.
As long as NTEB has existed, Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned bordering countries to not attack, and clearly laid out the level of retribution that would follow if such a thing occurred. On October 7th, 2023, Hamas in Gaza with support from Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthis and Iran, launched a war against Israel that resulted in the largest single-day slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust. Everything thing that Israel has done since then has been in response to that. Today they exploded hundreds of pagers attached to the mid-sections of Hezbollah terrorists, and the result was as horrific as you might expect. What’s the moral of the story? Don’t declare war on Israel.
War is an ugly business, and I do not like any part of it, but when attacked there must be a response. When Muslim terrorists launch their rockets, missiles and bombs, do they ever stop to think about all the innocent people standing in harm’s way that will wind up paying for what they did? Do they think about that when they launch rockets from hospitals and missiles from schools? I think they do, and I think that couldn’t care less who gets hurt and who dies in the process. At the end of WWII in 1945, Adolf Hitler said that if the German people could not defeat the Allies, then they deserved to die and he felt no pity for them. The Muslim terrorists of our day follow the same path, Sic Semper Tyrannus.

HARBINGERS DAILY
By Jan Markell: I began hearing from Olive Tree Ministries supporters as long ago as 2005 concerning church dilemmas and unsound doctrinal issues in the church. Over twenty years, they only skyrocketed. Sure, there have always been apostasy and unsound teaching in the church.
The Bible warns about doctrines of demons and wolves among the flock (I Timothy 4:1; Acts 20:29). But two decades ago, things took a serious turn that many of us couldn’t ignore.
Here is a short list of what started to be front-and-center in today’s evangelical pulpit: creation care, Critical Race Theory, social justice, welcoming the stranger, tolerance, LGBTQ, and much more.
In 2010, a prominent evangelical pastor in the Twin Cities held a seminar instructing pastors how to cut their electric bill and how to diminish their carbon footprint. That got my attention more than anything as this evangelical leader was admired by many. His church, even today, is a prominent mega-church.

THE ECONOMIC BLOG
By Michael Snyder: There will be 3 spectacular events in the heavens within the next 30 days. A “blood moon” lunar eclipse will happen this week, the “comet of the century” will begin to appear in the night sky later this month, and a “ring of fire” solar eclipse will happen on October 2nd.
Needless to say, it is very unusual for so many historic heavenly events to occur so close to one another. And of course these signs in the heavens are all happening at a time when our entire planet is rapidly descending into a state of complete and utter chaos.
On Tuesday night, we will witness something truly special.
It isn’t every day that we get to see a partial lunar eclipse during a “supermoon”…

PROPHECY NEWS WATCH
By John Stonestreet/Breakpoint.org: When politicians change their position on some policy matter, it's called a "flip-flop." A new book on sexual ethics describes God this way, as a kind of "flip-flopping" politician who said one thing for thousands of years but has, in recent years, altered His moral demands.
Oddly enough, His new perspective makes Him more progressive, tolerant, and enlightened. You know, like us.
Thirty-years ago, Richard Hays, professor of New Testament at Duke Divinity, produced the classic work of biblical ethics, The Moral Vision of the New Testament. In that book, he offered a definitive biblical argument against same-sex relationships. "The New Testament," Hays wrote, "offers no loopholes or exception clauses that might allow for the acceptance of homosexual practices under some circumstances."
In a new book co-authored with his son, Fuller Seminary Old Testament professor Christopher Hays, he has now reversed this position on same-sex relationships. In The Widening of God's Mercy, the authors assert:
The biblical narratives throughout the Old Testament and the New Testament trace a trajectory of mercy that leads us to welcome sexual minorities no longer as "strangers and aliens" but as fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.

“Make ready for them all that you can of force and of warhorses, so that by them you may strike terror in the enemy of Allah and your enemy…” (Qur’an 8:60)
By Robert Spencer: “Burkina Faso: 26 civilians killed in terrorist attack in Kounla,” translated from “Burkina Faso : 26 civils tués dans une attaque terroriste à Kounla,” Africa News, September 4, 2024:
While the country was struggling to recover from the attack in Barsalogho, in the north, which had left more than 200 dead a week earlier, a new attack targeting civilians took place the following day in the commune of Sanaba.
