Vice President JD Vance Tells Americans To Get Ready For ‘Short-Term Pain’ As Trump Liberation Day Tariffs Will Bring ‘Big Change’ To The US Economy
By Geoffrey Grider: JD Vance Freely Admits That Trump Liberation Day Tariffs Will Cause Short-term Pain In The Hopes Of Sparking The ‘Big Change’ That’s Needed To Ignite U.S. Economy
Americans as a people love to see the ‘big gamble’, the come-from-behind success story, the ‘Rocky’ big win stunningly achieved before the last bell rings. Milton Hersey was so sure he could be the first to bring commercialized chocolate to the people that he built his massive chocolate factory before he created his chocolate recipe. That’s a big gamble. Conrad Hilton was so sure he could be the first to bring coast-to-coast hotel services to America, he spent everything he had, twice, to do it. That’s also a big gamble. President Trump’s Liberation Day tariffs imposed on every nation we trade with, except Russia, that are guaranteed to bring ‘short-term pain’ to an already overstressed market? That’s the mother lode of the big gamble, and that’s the memo.
As I said on Monday’s Podcast, I do not like the sound of ‘Liberation Day’, it has a far too ominous ring to it. But am I rooting for Trump and Vance to be successful? I sure am, let’s do it, boys. That said, the overnight reaction to Liberation Day has been quite harsh. The Dow has dropped by 1,500 points, trillions of dollars have been wiped from 401(K) accounts, and tariffs on new cars are up 25%, making purchasing one out of reach for many. My advice? Starting praying for Trump and Vance to get saved, and while you’re at it, start praying that God will be merciful to America that we not get plunged into recession or worse. VP Vance tells us to prepare for ‘short-term pain’, pray that it will be short.

“I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.”

Strategizing To Manipulate World Opinion, Hamas May Have Overplayed Its Hand
By Amir Tsarfati: They say they are the victims. They say they only want peace. They say that they are being starved and are bereft of any humanitarian services. Israel begs, “Please, just give us our hostages.” Hamas loads their rifles and answers, “Well, I guess it’s not quite that bad.” Actually, that is the answer that they give to one another behind closed doors. It’s behind those same doors that they manufacture the false starvation and heath crises and then strategize to disseminate it to a favorable media. It’s also where they keep track the tons upon tons of Israeli and United Nations humanitarian aid, divvy it up amongst themselves, then set the prices for selling it to the Gazan people. It’s behind those doors where they plan how to manipulate world opinion so that they are able to wring out a moral victory from the brink of military defeat.
I’ve got to give Hamas credit. Their propaganda works. In America, 48% of 18–24-year-olds support Hamas over Israel. Terrorists have killed their thousands; TikTok its tens of thousands. But Hamas may have overplayed its hand. Gazans are tired of only receiving the crumbs from Hamas’s table. Local clans are starting to fight back, and people are getting killed.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Netanyahu continues the IDF’s push into Gaza, and a call for the evacuation of Rafah has gone out. All of this is with an enthusiastic thumbs up from President Trump, who assures Israel’s military that they will have the weapons needed to get the job done. Netanyahu is still holding to his three-point end game: 1) Hamas will disarm, 2) its leaders will leave Gaza, and 3) the Gazan people will participate in voluntary migration. Already, interest in that third point is very high amongst the populace.

From Crime Prevention To Mass Control: The Dark Side Of Facial Recognition
By PNW Staff: Imagine walking down the street, minding your own business, when a camera on a lamppost scans your face. Within seconds, an algorithm checks your identity against a database. Maybe you're flagged as a match for someone the police are looking for, or maybe your image is stored for future reference without you even knowing. Sound like something out of a dystopian sci-fi movie? Think again. This is happening right now, and it's only going to become more widespread.
Facial recognition cameras are popping up everywhere--at airports, train stations, shopping centers, and even outside your local grocery store. Governments and businesses claim these cameras help fight crime and keep people safe, but at what cost? The real question we should all be asking is: Who controls this technology, and what happens if it falls into the wrong hands?
The Promise of Facial Recognition
Let's start with the good stuff. No one wants criminals running free, and facial recognition can be a powerful tool for law enforcement. In London, the Metropolitan Police are installing permanent live facial recognition cameras, catching wanted criminals in real time. Over 200 people have already been arrested using this technology. In theory, this should make us all safer.
Retailers are also jumping on board. The British supermarket chain Asda is testing facial recognition in five Manchester stores to stop shoplifters. The idea is simple: If a known thief walks in, the system alerts security within seconds. No more waiting for blurry CCTV footage to be analyzed after the fact--criminals are caught on the spot.
Sounds great, right? But here's where things get complicated.

Islam In Africa
By Pamela Geller: For more than a decade the rise of Islamic terror in Africa has seemed unstoppable.
Jihadists are murdering, raping, torturing, kidnapping, enslaving, and, in some instances, burning people alive — across Africa, and now in Syria.More than 16.2 million Christians in Sub-Saharan Africa have been driven from their homes by jihadi violence and conflict, reports the human rights organization Open Doors. Such violence includes murder, physical injury, rape, abduction, theft of property and destruction of homes and farmland. Christians are being dispossessed of their land and means of livelihood. Millions of them now live in displaced-persons camps. Women and girls are abducted, forced into “marriage,” forced to convert to Islam, raped, and subjected to forced labor. Several girls have been forced to act as suicide bombers or human shields at the hands of jihadis.

Europe’s Censorship of Public Prayer Proves JD Vance Was Right About Free Speech
By Steve Ertelt: Perhaps no words in recent political history have so rapidly proven correct as Vice President J.D. Vance’s warning that European religious liberty faces a toxic and growing “threat from within,” according to a new expert analysis of government infringements on Christians.
In his Valentine’s Day address to the Munich Security Conference, Vice President Vance cited a crackdown on free speech and conscience rights to conclude that Europe’s “backslide away from conscience rights” and “deterioration of fundamental freedoms” has “placed the basic liberties of religious [believers] in the crosshairs.”
