As the Department of War rolls out Google’s Gemini AI across the U.S. military through GenAI.mil, another player stands quietly in the background — but its influence is enormous. That company is Palantir Technologies, the most military-embedded AI and data-fusion firm in the world.
A few months ago, we told you all about Memetic Warfare, something that most people had not heard of before. Today I want to add another little nugget to your knowledge base, because very soon you will be hearing this everywhere. Agentic AI. It’s AI that doesn’t just respond to your commands, it gives them to you. Scary stuff, to say the least. The Antichrist kingdom will not be run on typewriters, filing cabinets and fax machines. It will be run on autonomous agentic AI, global networks, biometric systems, and militarized enforcement technologies. Gemini Agentic AI is not used the way you use WordPress or Excel, this is not your father’s Oldsmobile, as the old marketing campaign goes. This is a whole new day.

When that happens, you have crossed the line into autonomous warfare — and there will be no going back. The iconic singer-songwriter this week signed a petition demanding freedom for the Palestinian Arab terrorist Marwan Barghouti, a convicted multiple murderer.
Barghouti is currently in an Israeli prison for his role in five murders. In 2001, he sent terrorists to ambush motorists on the outskirts of Jerusalem; they killed a young Greek Orthodox priest named Father Germanos. The following year, Barghouti masterminded an attack on a Tel Aviv restaurant that left three dead and 35 wounded.
But Barghouti is not the first killer to enjoy Paul Simon’s friendly attention. That distinction belongs to Salvador Agron.

There Are No Such Things As ‘Independent’ Agencies

There is no room in the Constitution for self-answerable bureaucracies or bureaucracies created by Congress, but functionally answering to no one except members of their own network. Even the Administrative Procedure Act, created by FDR to rein in the bureaucracy as a fourth branch of government has been almost entirely used by courts to rein in Trump’s presidential powers rather than that of the ‘independent’ bureaucrats.
Now maybe there would be some practical or moral grounds (even if not legal or constitutional ones) for independent agencies if they actually were the independent good government agencies that liberals pretend they are. They’re not. They’re invariably left of center and sliding fast.
Trump v. Slaughter, about the removal of an FCC commissioner with the unfortunate ‘slaughter’ name, looks set to roll back more of the bureaucratic state.
“You’re asking us to destroy the structure of government and to take away from Congress its ability to protect its idea that the government is better structured with some agencies that are independent,” Justice Sonia Sotomayor complained.
