Harbinger’s Daily
By Robert Gottselig: Reports suggest that the number of those killed by the Iranian regime is in the many thousands, as the people of Iran continue to protest the brutal, oppressive regime that has held them captive for nearly 47 years—since the fall of the Shah and the rise of Ayatollah-led rule.

There is a red line that President Trump has drawn for the Iranian regime: killing your own people will result in strong action by the United States. Despite the President’s warnings, bodies continue to pile up as the state seeks to crush dissent and silence its protesters.

President Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One on Sunday evening that, apparently, Iran now wants to talk: “Yesterday, the leaders of Iran called. They want to negotiate. I think they’re tired of being beat up by the United States. Iran wants to negotiate. We may meet with them. A meeting is being set up, but we may have to act because of what’s happening before the meeting.”

To make matters worse within Iran, Amir Tsarfati on his Telegram channel reported that the regime has managed to block Starlink from providing Internet access. This internet blackout is further limiting the dissemination of information, covering up the scope of the regime’s deadly crackdown.

The massacre of protesters is reaching horrific proportions. So will America strike?

By PNW Staff: The aircraft carriers are already in motion.

Missile defenses are quietly repositioned. Intelligence flights sweep the region night after night. Money is moving in Tehran. Commanders are relocating. Safe houses are activated. This is what the final days before a war look like -- except the war hasn't come.

Yet.

For weeks, the United States has positioned itself as if a strike on Iran could happen at any moment. And then, just as suddenly, President Trump's tone softened. The threats grew less specific. The red lines blurred. The world noticed.

This isn't hesitation. It's something more calculated -- and more unsettling.

Because behind closed doors, nearly everyone is saying the same thing: don't pull the trigger.

Israel 365 News
By Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz: The White House announced Friday the composition of the Gaza Executive Board, a key panel tasked with overseeing reconstruction and governance in Gaza as part of President Donald Trump’s 20-point peace plan. Within hours, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a rare public rebuke of the administration, declaring the board’s makeup “runs contrary” to Israeli policy.

The dispute centers on the inclusion of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and senior Qatari diplomat Ali Al-Thawadi—representatives from two nations that have repeatedly condemned Israel’s conduct of the war against Hamas terrorists in Gaza. Netanyahu’s office stated the board’s composition “was not coordinated with Israel” and instructed Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar to raise the matter directly with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

The Gaza Executive Board sits beneath the umbrella Board of Peace, which Trump chairs, and above the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG), the Palestinian technocratic body announced earlier this week. According to the White House statement, the executive board “will help support effective governance and the delivery of best-in-class services that advance peace, stability, and prosperity for the people of Gaza.”

The Gaza Executive Board’s membership list reads like a who’s who of Middle East power brokers: presidential envoy Steve Witkoff, Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, Egyptian intelligence chief Hassan Rashad, UAE Minister of State Reem Al-Hashimy, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, American businessman Marc Rowan, Israeli-Cypriot businessman Yakir Gabay, former UN special envoy Nickolay Mladenov, and UN representative Sigrid Kaag. Mladenov will also serve as High Representative for Gaza, acting as the ground-level link between the Board of Peace and the NCAG.

Geller Report
By Pamela Geller: Why is she still here?

At one point during an angry diatribe about Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the hijab-clad lawmaker declared that she is “ashamed” of the “U.S. goddamn states” because ICE agents are doing their jobs.

Front Page Magazine
By Daniel Greenfield: As of Saturday, it has been two weeks and a day since President Donald Trump wrote: “If Iran shots and violently kills peaceful protesters, which is their custom, the United States of America will come to their rescue. We are locked and loaded and ready to go. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J.TRUMP.”

It has been four days since he wrote: “Iranian Patriots, KEEP PROTESTING – TAKE OVER YOUR INSTITUTIONS!!! Save the names of the killers and abusers. They will pay a big price. I have cancelled all meetings with Iranian Officials until the senseless killing of protesters STOPS. HELP IS ON ITS WAY. MIGA!!! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP.”

There has been and continues to be a great deal of speculation as to what has happened to prevent the president from sending the promised help and coming to the rescue of the Iranian protesters. One report stated Trump called off an attack at the last minute at the behest of Turkey, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Trump himself, however, has denied that, saying on Friday: “Nobody convinced me. I convinced myself. You had yesterday scheduled over 800 hangings. They didn’t hang anyone. They canceled the hangings. That had a big impact.”

By Robert Spencer: Khalid Nijmeh even claims that Trump said this, which is an obvious lie in light of the fact that second-term Trump has never shown any signs of noticing that there is any problem with Islam at all. According to a hadith, Muhammad said, “War is deceit.” (Bukhari 4.52.268).

Jewish News Syndicate
By Debra Nussbaum Cohen: As concerns about Zohran Mamdani and the safety of Jews continue to run high among many Jewish New Yorkers, 13 groups sent a letter to the new mayor asking that he appoint someone who is “grounded in the day-to-day realities of Jewish communal life and capable of engaging meaningfully with communities across all levels of observance, background and political belief” to lead the Mayor’s Office to Combat Antisemitism.

The subtext of the letter? Please do not appoint an anti-Zionist, as Mamdani did with many of the Jews who were on his transition committees. The first Muslim to win the city’s top office, Mamdani has long been anti-Israel and has said that he would have Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrested if he visits the Big Apple.

Moshe Davis, executive director of the Office to Combat Antisemitism since May, still lists his role on his LinkedIn and X accounts, although he hasn’t tweeted on the latter since Dec. 31. There are rumors that a new head of the office could be named as soon as this week.
