By Greg Laurie: Artificial intelligence is no longer science fiction. It’s part of daily life. But as AI becomes more powerful, serious spiritual questions have been raised: Is AI the Antichrist? Is AI connected to end times? And how should Christians think about AI?
In my recent podcast, we cover the topic of AI because it isn’t something to discuss in the future. These are questions for right now.
Is AI The Antichrist?
The Bible tells us that in the last days, there’s going to be a world figure that will emerge—the Antichrist, also called the Beast and the Wicked One.
I don’t believe AI is the Antichrist. When the Bible speaks of the Antichrist, I believe it is referring to a real, literal person.
A man, the Antichrist, will be a world figure who comes on the scene and inaugurates what we often call the great tribulation period. The great tribulation period will begin with the emergence of Antichrist and it will end with the return of Jesus Christ.
But could AI be part of the end times scenario? I think it’s very possible.

From North America and Latin America to Europe and Africa, Christian congregations deliberately aligned their services to confront the genocide of the Jews, the historic failure of much of the Christian world during that period, and the surge of antisemitism confronting Jews today. The scale and synchronization of these commemorations signaled an intentional shift from private reflection to public moral declaration.
At the center of this global effort was Solidarity Sunday, an initiative led by Eagles’ Wings that mobilized more than 600 churches worldwide, representing approximately 1,100 Christian leaders and tens of thousands of congregants. Now in its third year, Solidarity Sunday was created in 2024 in direct response to the October 7 massacre and the wave of antisemitism and anti-Israel propaganda that followed. Organized through Eagles’ Wings’ pastoral network, the Israel Christian Nexus, in partnership with the Moral Hearts Alliance, the initiative was designed as a one-day, church-centered action explicitly opposing antisemitism and expressing solidarity with the Jewish people and the State of Israel.
Churches in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Puerto Rico, and parts of Africa and Europe hosted Jewish speakers who shared firsthand accounts, including Holocaust survivors and their descendants, survivors of the Nova music festival massacre, family members of Israeli hostages, IDF soldiers, Israeli public figures, and Jewish university students facing antisemitism on campus. Many congregations also screened video testimonies and joined a live global broadcast led by Bishop Robert Stearns in Buffalo, New York, underscoring the event’s international scope and unified message.

The property is linked to Jia Bei Zhu, who is already in custody in connection with a 2023 California case involving thousands of biological samples labeled as potential pathogens and alleged Chinese funding. Authorities say the purpose, origin, and risk of the materials remain unknown, underscoring a disturbing pattern of clandestine biolabs discovered in American communities.

Sen. Saddam Azlan Salim’s first priority has been a bill to define ‘Islamophobia’. The most notable thing about his bill SB 624 ‘Assault and battery; definition of “Islamophobia”, penalty’ is how completely unnecessary it is. Virginia already has multiple layers of hate crimes enhancements for assaults motivated by race, ethnicity and religion.
During Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s term, the legislature has already passed SB 7 (Senate Bill 7) and its counterpart enhancing the assault charge for anyone who “intentionally selects the person against whom a simple assault is committed because of his race, religious conviction, gender, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, color, or ethnic or national origin.”

By Robert Spencer: Why the Mormon church is doing this remains a mystery. One clue may come from my 2008 debate with Daniel Peterson, an influential Mormon professor and author of a hagiographical book about Muhammad entitled Muhammad, Prophet of God.
The debate topic was “Islam, Threat or Not?,” with Peterson arguing that Islam was not a threat. Peterson was also extremely unkind, rude, condescending and uncharitable both at the time of the debate and afterward, almost in the mold of the hate-filled Muslim debaters of today. He appeared to have an intense personal animus toward me, although we had never had any contact of any kind before the debate, for daring to suggest that maybe Muhammad wasn’t as grand a fellow, and Islam as wonderful a system, as he had made them out to be.
