By Decision Magazine: As Christians, we enjoy a wonderfully unique dual citizenship. We have been born into the Kingdom of God by faith in Christ, and therefore, our focus is on both here and the hereafter. We are not only citizens of this world but of the next … we are citizens of Heaven.

But while here on earth, we also have a national citizenship. I love how the great American Daniel Webster put it: “Whatever it is that makes men good Christians, makes them good citizens.”

As we approach America’s 250th anniversary, every American and every believer should take to heart this powerful milestone moment and truly live out our ordained responsibility to be good citizens.

We should honor and celebrate our country. It is appropriate and it is Biblical. So, let’s wave the flag, sing the hymns of our nation and celebrate our freedoms and liberties that so many people take for granted these days. ...

By PNW Staff: Sometimes a nation's spiritual decline isn't announced with revolution, military defeat, or economic collapse.

Sometimes it arrives with a few carefully chosen words buried in an official government report.

That is exactly what has happened in Britain.

For centuries, the British monarch has stood as one of the world's most recognizable public symbols of Christianity. Kings and queens were not merely constitutional rulers--they were the "Defender of the Faith" and Supreme Governor of the Church of England, a visible reminder that Britain's identity was inseparable from the Christian faith that shaped its laws, culture, and history.

But something has changed.

According to the newly released Sovereign Grant Report, King Charles III is now officially described as someone who "protects the space for Faith within the multi-faith nation."

At first glance, the wording seems harmless--even gracious. After all, every citizen should enjoy the freedom to worship according to his or her conscience. Christians have long defended religious liberty because genuine faith cannot be forced by governments or monarchs. God desires willing hearts, not coerced religion.

Yet this subtle change tells a much larger story. ...

By Steve Wearp: In our modern world of hyper-individualistic self-reliance, it can be difficult to imagine a time when tribalism was essential for survival. For most of humanity’s existence, the world was organized around tribes, bloodlines, and hierarchies. Tribal allegiance ensured survival, security, and potential promotion, while disloyalty led to expulsion, social rejection, shame, and even premature death. With that in mind, imagine living in ancient times in your own homeland, among your own tribe, as a member of a royal family. Why would one leave this comfortable, safe lifestyle behind? What could compel an individual to leave the refuge of their own culture and people to accomplish a greater mission? And what mission could be more important than tribal survival?

In the Bible, this story plays out in a book named after its main character, Ruth. According to tradition, she was a princess of royal Moabite lineage, descended from Eglon, married to a foreign Israelite dignitary, and well established within her tribe. As the story unfolds, she and her sister Orpah both lose their Israelite husbands and must choose: stay in their homeland and reestablish themselves within their tribe, or leave with their former mother-in-law, Naomi, and start a new life in a foreign land among a foreign people. Orpah decides to stay in Moab, as Naomi tells Ruth: “Behold, your sister-in-law (Orpah) has gone back to her people and her gods…” Ruth, whose name means “friend/companion” in Hebrew, remains committed to her mother-in-law. From there, the question becomes: What hope does a woman of ancient times have when leaving her tribe for life among foreigners? She could have remained a princess in Moab. What drove her to leave everything she knew for a life in a foreign land called Yehuda/Judea?

Ruth was an outsider, a pagan, one who, according to the Torah, was forbidden from entering Israel’s community “because they (the Moabites and Ammonites) did not meet [Israel] with food and water on the way when [Israel] came out of Egypt… and [] they hired against you Balaam… to curse you.” (Deuteronomy 23:3-4). ...

Manhunt Underway for Suspect in Rome Family Triple Killing

On June 26, 2026, Shahadat Hossain, 43, allegedly entered a Rome apartment in the Casalotti neighborhood and killed Kamal Uddin, 39, his wife, 38, and their daughter aged 5 to 8 using a meat cleaver. The couple’s 20-year-old son escaped with serious injuries and identified Hossain, who had received refugee status that day and knew the family from Bangladeshi circles. Investigators point to a personal motive like rejected advances toward the mother, backed by the son’s account and Hossain’s ominous Facebook post the day before. Police released his photo and urge tips as the search continues nationwide. ...

By Daniel Greenfield: Yes, there was a devastating earthquake in Venezuela. And post-Maduro, we have some quasi-relationship with Venezuela. But neither is an argument for defaulting to the same liberal foreign aid free spending policies towards what are essentially enemy nations.
The United States plans to send another “nine-figure” aid package this week to Venezuela as the search for survivors of two massive earthquakes that hit the South American country Wednesday continues, a senior Trump administration official said Saturday. That package would follow a $150 million aid package the State Department announced shortly after the quakes wreaked devastation in Venezuela — the strongest temblors to hit the country in decades.
Sending rescue teams to dig people out of the rubble is one thing, but aid is a dangerous slippery slope that tends to end up subsidizing the regime.

And in this case the regime is still a hostile Communist dictatorship that is at the center of major drug trafficking to the United States no matter what limited concessions the regime has made since we captured its leader.

Worse still, we’re running at least some of the aid through some of the worst aid groups around. ...

The Economic Collapse
By Michael Snyder: A lot of people out there still don’t realize that we are literally watching World War III play out right in front of our eyes. The war between Russia and Ukraine is already longer than World War I was, and every single ceasefire in the Middle East that has been agreed to since October 7th, 2023 has ultimately collapsed. Just a couple of weeks ago, the world was celebrating because the U.S. had signed a “Memorandum of Understanding” with Iran and we were being told that we were finally going to have permanent peace in the Middle East. So how did that work out? I feel like a broken record when I keep saying that there isn’t going to be peace in the Middle East, but it is the truth.

At the end of last week, the Iranians attacked a commercial vessel that was traveling through the Strait of Hormuz using a route that they did not authorize, and the U.S. responded by bombing several Iranian military targets. This is something that I covered in an article for my core supporters on Friday.

Then on Saturday, the same cycle repeated again.

Iran attacked another commercial vessel that was attempting to slip through the Strait of Hormuz along an “unauthorized” route, and in response the U.S. conducted an even larger wave of strikes. ...

By Daniel Greenfield: Earlier this year, I wrote about a $68 million Pakistani Muslim adult day care fraud being busted in New York City and its connections to the Democrat Party and the local political establishment.
Two years ago, Zakia Khan and her son Ahsan Ijaz hosted an NYPD promotion ceremony for the first Pakistani inspector in the New York City police department. After an Imam recited a prayer and everyone, including NYPD personnel, rose and put their hands on their hearts for the Pakistani national anthem, hailing Pakistan as the ‘citadel of Islam’ in the “shadow of Allah.” Last year, Khan pleaded guilty to a $68 million Medicaid fraud scheme involving her adult day care centers, which had been the sponsors of the NYPD event, and earlier this year more members of the Muslim fraud ring pleaded guilty as well. Others are still awaiting trial. ...
