Iran has taken the image of an American president, laid him inside a coffin, and turned the spectacle into a massive public billboard for the entire world to see. The message is designed to be unmistakable. Tehran wants America to know that the conflict is personal, the hatred is deep, and the regime is not backing away. He doesn’t want to do it, but Donald Trump now has no choice but to send in ground troops to finish this war he started 138 days ago. The “peace talks” just died.

The word “delusion” means “fraudulence.” It can also refer to straying mentally, a wrong opinion relative to morals or religion, an error that shows itself in action, or a wrong mode of acting. The “lie” believed by the people mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12 is the antichrist’s claim that he is God, the world’s Savior and Lord. Are we seeing the world move in the direction of the ultimate lie being believed by the masses? Do people have the wrong opinions today with regard to morals or religion? Are these errors manifesting themselves in the actions of the deluded? Have many in our world mentally strayed from the truth and facts? Are people today looking to the government or powerful leaders to lead and save them from life debts, burdens, and perils?

Among the potential replacements seeking the nomination is Shenna Bellows, the current Secretary of State of Maine and a former state senator. Alarmingly, Bellows previously served as the executive director of the Holocaust and Human Rights Center of Maine from 2018 to 2020—a role explicitly tasked with preserving historical memory and teaching the lessons of the Shoah.
Yet, when asked on CNN about Planter’s parting shots against the Jewish state, Bellows didn’t hesitate to validate his hateful rhetoric, stating: “Yes. Israel — the Israeli government is committing genocide in Gaza right now.” When a prominent public official who literally ran a Holocaust education center uses her credentials to attack and demonize Israel, it becomes undeniable that American Holocaust education has not just failed—it has been conquered from within.

Axios’ Barak Ravid, citing sources familiar with the discussions, reports that President Donald J. Trump convened a Situation Room meeting yesterday to review plans for a broader military campaign against Iran, extending beyond the ongoing strikes around the Strait of Hormuz.
The meeting took place after three consecutive days of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) strikes targeting Iranian military capabilities used to attack commercial shipping and before the fourth round of strikes began today, as the U.S. naval blockade of Iranian ports was set to take effect.
In an interview with Fox News ahead of the meeting, Trump said the U.S. would hit Iran “hard” over the coming days, warning that if Tehran does not negotiate, “next week comes the power plants… next week comes the bridges.” He also confirmed the U.S. is monitoring activity at Pickaxe Mountain, an underground site suspected of supporting Iran’s nuclear program, and warned it could be targeted if necessary.

By Joshua Arnold: The U.S. House of Representatives narrowly voted Thursday to advance the “National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs Appropriations Act” (H.R.8595) without a damaging amendment. To placate Republican holdouts, House leadership agreed to combine the appropriations bill with the SAVE America Act, but an amendment to block all military aid to Israel failed decisively.
House Republicans advanced the measure with only three votes to spare; the roll call vote was 217 to 209, with five members absent. Rep. Jared Golden (D-Maine) voted with Republicans for the bill, while Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) voted with Democrats against it.
Massie’s opposition came after the House overwhelmingly voted down his amendment to block all U.S. military aid to Israel. The amendment failed to pass 104-314. Not a single Republican joined Massie in supporting it.
