Are They Warning Us Or Planning It? Governments Around The World Urge Citizens To Stockpile Supplies As Questions Grow About Crisis, Fear And Emergency Power
As governments tell their citizens to stock food, water and emergency supplies, an uncomfortable question begins to bubble up from the media fog. Could some of the rulers issuing these warnings also be deliberately creating the conditions for the emergencies they describe? That question reaches beyond mere preparedness into decisions about war, infrastructure and emergency authority. The official campaigns establish that governments anticipate serious disruption. Determining whether any leader intends to manufacture that disruption requires examining decisions, documents and operations. Those issuing the warnings deserve scrutiny, and scrutinize we will. What dangers are their own policies creating, and what powers would they gain if, and when, the feared emergency arrives?
History has a funny way of repeating itself. In 1962, the Joint Chiefs of Staff submitted Operation Northwoods, proposing manufactured incidents that could be blamed on Cuba to justify American military intervention. The declassified memorandum documents officials contemplating staged provocations as instruments of policy. That historical proposal establishes that such thinking has existed at high levels of government, and that governments have used false flag operations for hundreds of years. So when you have nearly two dozen nations, including our own Pentagon, all issuing preparedness warnings at the same time, and especially in light of the recent Plannedemic, we would do will to sit up and take notice.

Though he did not live to see the 1979 Revolution (he died in 1977), his writings mobilized a generation of revolutionaries.

A 90-Day Doomsday Plan? The Pentagon Prepares For Fortress America
By PNW Staff: For months, we have been reporting on Europe’s preparations for emergency scenarios, including the possibility of military conflict and disruptions to essential services. Now the Pentagon has unveiled its own effort to prepare America for a crisis that could knock out power, cripple supply chains and threaten military operations on U.S. soil.
The plan is called FORTRESS America. Much of it sounds like prudent preparation: keep bases supplied, secure backup power and make sure factories can produce what the military needs. But the scale raises a harder question. Why is the Pentagon planning for American military installations to survive for 90 days without outside support? Is this simply responsible planning—or a sign that military leaders see a level of danger the public has not fully grasped?
A Military That Can Keep Fighting
According to documents reviewed by Fox News, major military bases in the continental United States would be expected to maintain essential operations for at least 90 days without relying on civilian infrastructure. That means having dependable access to electricity, water, fuel and communications even if the systems around them fail.
The Pentagon’s concern is that a major conflict could reach beyond distant battlefields. A power grid could be attacked or sabotaged. Communications could be disrupted. Transportation and supply networks could seize up. Bases that depend on the same civilian systems as nearby communities could find themselves unable to operate when the military needs them most.
“We don’t want to rely on standard civilian municipal infrastructure to run our national defense,” Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell told Fox News. “We just simply can’t. It’s an intolerable risk.”
