A Blue Tsunami Sweeps MAGA Republicans Out As The Reality Of The Judgment Of God Upon America Begins To Settle In

From DOGE Dividends To Tariff Checks, Trump’s Unkept Promises Come Crashing Back As A Blue Tsunami Sweeps Republicans Out Of Power In Powerful Judgment Of God Upon America
If you weren’t a MAGA Kool-Aid drinker, then you saw over a year ago what would inevitably happen last night long before a single Midterm vote was cast. This Democrat ‘blue trusnami’ only happened because Republicans, like me and my house, stayed home in record numbers. Why? Because someone had to stand up to Donald Trump, and call out his endless lies and distortions of the truth for what it really is. If you promise people no new wars, $2.00 gas and a Golden Age, you had better not deliver them war with Iran, $5.00 gas and a crushing economy. But stay with me, it goes a whole lot deeper than that as you’ll soon see. We’ve long told you that Donald Trump is God’s judgment upon America, unpopular yes, but here we are.
Donald Trump promised Americans peace abroad and financial relief at home. Instead, his administration entered a prolonged war with Iran while American households continued absorbing higher prices. By September, gasoline prices were 34.2% higher than a year earlier, and overall consumer prices were still climbing. His tariffs added costs for American businesses dependent on imported equipment and materials, prompting exemptions after farmers and producers complained about the damage.
These decisions reach directly into people’s lives: the cost of driving to work, buying groceries, heating a home, and keeping a business operating. Families were entitled to expect the administration to explain those consequences and deliver relief. Telling people how successful the economy is becomes an insult when they are struggling to afford the necessities. Last night’s Democratic capture of Congress delivered a devastating political verdict on Republican governance. Donald Trump instructed people to “pretend I’m on the ballot”, they did, and last night’s stunning defeat is the result.

‘Not A Time To Back Away’: Ministry Leaders Urge Christians to Get More Involved After Disappointing Midterm Results
By Decision MagazineE: As believers woke up this morning to the sweeping blue wave of the 2026 midterm results—two states enshrined abortion access in their constitutions, a first Muslim U.S. senator incorporated Arabic phrases of praise into his victory address, and a seminary graduate who affirms LGBT ideology, supports abortion and rejects the exclusivity of Christ for salvation won a Texas Senate seat—they are left wondering: What now? Where’s the hope?
Even experts who have spent years on the front lines of the culture’s most pressing battles found the scale of the Nov. 3 results surprising. Not because a leftward shift was unthinkable, but because its depth exceeded anything seen in roughly two decades.
Yet as disappointing as many of the results were, Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, told Decision: we still live in a country that extends unparalleled freedom—freedom that can be used by Christians “for the advancement of the Kingdom and for the influence of this world and this country in which we live.”
What Were The Results?
Even as some counts continue, the clear majority of decided races show a decisive turn leftward.
In Texas, after more than 30 years of unbroken Republican control of statewide offices, Democrats swept the top contests. Gov. Greg Abbott lost to Rep. Gina Hinojosa, a candidate with a record of supporting abortion access and LGBT-related legislation.
And Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton fell to left-wing progressive Rep. James Talarico in the U.S. Senate race—the first Democratic Senate seat since 1988. Throughout his campaign, Talarico, a seminary graduate, repeatedly distorted Scripture to defend abortion and LGBT ideology. He also campaigned heavily on the Christian faith even as he claimed God is non-binary and that Jesus Christ is not the exclusive way of salvation.
On life issues, Nevada and Virginia voters approved amendments enshrining abortion access into their state constitutions. In Missouri, an amendment failed that would have repealed the 2024 constitutional “right” to abortion and restored greater protections for the unborn. In a clear pro-life bright spot, Idaho voters rejected an amendment that would have loosened the state’s near-total abortion ban, preserving the protections already in place. Nationally, voters handed full control of Congress to Democrats, following upsets that included liberal Democratic Senate flips in Kansas (the first since 1932), South Carolina, Ohio and Iowa. The night was not without isolated conservative holds—Florida and South Carolina elected Republican governors, for example—but the overall direction was unmistakable. These outcomes mark a rapid realignment in places long considered safe ground. For those who have labored to advance Biblical values, the results are sobering. And yet, the story is not finished.

Here’s How Florida Escaped
The Blue Blight
The Blue Blight
By Pamela Geller: Florida escaped the blue blight. How? Governor Ron DeSantis gets high marks for putting SAVE Act’s central ideas into practice. He tightened ID requirements for mail-ballot requests, put tighter limits on ballot harvesting, required annual checks of the voter rolls and created an office to investigate election crimes. The new citizenship verification rules largely take effect in 2027, but those earlier safeguards were already in place when Floridians voted. Washington had years to act. Florida did. That’s the blueprint the rest of the country should follow. The results would have been vastly different.
Thune must go.
Thune must go.

By David Closson/The Washington Stand: Ever since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022, the pro-life movement has faced significant challenges at the ballot box. Unfortunately, that trend largely continued Tuesday as voters in Nevada and Virginia enshrined abortion into their state constitutions and voters in Missouri rejected an effort to reverse its pro-abortion constitutional amendment. One bright spot was Idaho, where voters turned down a measure that would have dramatically expanded abortion in the state.
Political pundits will no doubt devote considerable attention to Democrats’ recapturing control of the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate. However, the outcomes of state ballot measures should not be overlooked. The continued success of abortion-related measures underscores the sobering reality that support for legal abortion remains substantial and that pro-lifers have considerable work to do to persuade their fellow Americans of the dignity and worth of preborn children.
Since 2022, voters in 17 states have considered statewide abortion-related ballot measures, with abortion advocates prevailing in most of these contests. In 2022, California, Michigan, and Vermont enshrined abortion protections in their state constitutions, while voters in Kansas, Kentucky, and Montana rejected pro-life measures. In 2023, Ohio voters approved a constitutional amendment protecting access to abortion.
The trend mostly continued in 2024, when voters in Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, and New York approved measures enshrining pro-abortion constitutional amendments into their state constitutions. In 2024, Nevada voters also gave the first of two required approvals to a constitutional amendment protecting abortion. Only Florida, Nebraska, and South Dakota defeated pro-abortion amendments. (Florida’s measure received majority support but still failed because it fell short of the state’s 60% threshold.)
Here is a breakdown of Tuesday’s abortion-related measures.

Socialists And Islamists Ride Democratic Sweep Of Congress As Ancient
Esau-Ishmael Prophecy Unfolds
By Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz: Democrats take the House and Senate, carrying El-Sayed, Hamawy, and a bloc of Israel’s harshest critics into power. The counterintuitive alliance between Islamists and liberals was foreseen in Jewish tradition as the partnership of Esav and Yishmael, and we know how it ends.
A Blue Wave Sweeps Congress
Abdul El-Sayed claimed victory in the Michigan Senate race early Wednesday with an Arabic flourish, “We can turn Inshallah into Alhamdulillah,” turning “God willing” into “praise be to God,” as Democrats seized both the House and the Senate. The blue wave carries a red-green alliance of Democratic Socialists and Islamists into the halls of American power, led by a senator-elect the Republican Jewish Coalition called “the most antisemitic U.S. Senate candidate in America” and a mayor of New York who refuses to condemn calls to “globalize the intifada.” Jewish tradition foresaw this partnership thousands of years ago: the Sages taught that at the end of days Esav (Esau), the liberal West, and Yishmael (Ishmael), the Islamic world, will unite against Israel, and then turn on each other.
Democrats won 225 House seats to the Republicans’ 136, well past the 218 needed for a majority, with 74 races still uncalled. In the Senate, Democrats won 54 seats to the Republicans’ 43, with three races still uncalled, seizing the upper chamber. Republicans entered Election Day holding 53 Senate seats, and Democrats needed a net gain of four. They found them in Republican territory: in Texas, state Rep. James Talarico defeated Attorney General Ken Paxton, giving the state its first Democratic senator in decades, and the Associated Press called Maine for Troy Jackson over five-term Sen. Susan Collins.
El-Sayed, who told his supporters his campaign had overcome “nearly a quarter of a billion dollars of outside spending,” defeated former Rep. Mike Rogers for the seat vacated by retiring Sen. Gary Peters.

With Iran?
With Iran?
Synopsis: President Trump is weighing another strike against Iran, but VP J.D. Vance may be preparing to throw the Islamic Republic a lifeline just as the regime faces mounting pressure.
Emily Schrader examines reports of renewed American negotiations with Tehran, including a proposed deal offering sanctions relief in exchange for nuclear concessions and reopening the Strait of Hormuz. With 440 kilograms of highly enriched uranium still unaccounted for, Schrader questions why Washington is pursuing diplomacy while the Pentagon reportedly prepares military options. She also exposes the disturbing history of the Iranian official receiving Vance's diplomatic outreach, allegations of secret weapons procurement networks and the controversial proposal to let China and Russia guarantee a nuclear agreement.
All this is happening as Israel's elections are rocked by allegations of Qatari and Turkish interference, suspected vote-buying and an investigation into foreign funding of Arab political parties. From a Democratic congresswoman's extraordinary endorsement of a Republican over allegations of antisemitism to Iran's crackdown on Halloween celebrations, the episode reveals the growing battle over political influence, freedom and national security.
