Ron Hubbard was an American author and the founder of the Church of Scientology. After establishing a career as a writer and becoming best known for his science fiction and fantasy stories, Hubbard developed a system called Dianetics which he referred to as “the modern science of mental health.” Dianetics was first expounded in book form in May 1950. Hubbard subsequently developed his ideas into a wide-ranging set of doctrines and practices as part of a new religious movement called the Church of Scientology whose belief system offers a precise path leading to a complete and certain understanding of one’s true spiritual nature; one’s relationship to self, and mankind, and all life forms: the material and spiritual universe, and the Supreme Being.Our guest David Fiorazo, author of the book “Redefining Truth” dedicated an entire chapter to Scientology and has much to say about the religious cult. David Fiorazo is also a researcher, content contributor, public speaker, and radio personality who strives to defend and proclaim the truth of Jesus Christ without apology or compromise. He has been involved in broadcasting and entertainment industries for over thirty years and is familiar with Hollywood’s admiration for Scientology.

HOST: JAN MARKELL was saved under Jewish evangelist Hyman Appleman when she was a child. In Jan’s early ministry years she was a part of the Messianic movement, worked for pro-Israel agencies, and for Jewish evangelism ministries. In the year 2000, Jan launched a radio branch of the ministry starting first on AM980 KKMS, Minneapolis/St. Paul.
