The Coming Religion Of Unity: Trump Says America Must Bring Religion Back As Paula White Helps Gather Competing Church Traditions Under One Roof
There is a remarkable phrase President Donald Trump has repeated again and again throughout his second administration: “We’re bringing religion back.” He said it at the National Prayer Breakfast. He said it at Easter. He said it on the National Day of Prayer. He said it before the White House Faith Office. He said it in Iowa. He said it again in 2026. This isn’t some stray remark, it has become a recurring theme of his presidency. That’s exactly what High Priestess Paula White is there to do, bring in the demonic One World Religion of the end times.
Donald Trump did not say he was bringing back the preaching of the gospel of the grace of God. He did not say America was returning to the authority of the Bible. He repeatedly chose the much broader word ‘religion’. And at his July 14, 2025 White House Faith Office luncheon, he removed any ambiguity about the breadth of that term when he said this was “not just evangelicals or Protestants… all religions.” Paula White-Cain was there as Senior Advisor to the White House Faith Office.
That is an enormously important theological distinction, because religion is not synonymous with biblical Christianity. Islam is a religion. Hinduism is a religion. Buddhism is a religion. Roman Catholicism is a religion. Mormonism is a religion. Countless systems contain prayers, clergy, ceremonies, temples, traditions, sacred writings and professions of faith. None of those outward characteristics establishes that a religion is preaching the gospel Paul received from Jesus Christ. Indeed, Paul encountered an intensely religious culture at Athens and told them that their devotion had been directed toward a God they did not know. Talk about a mic drop! Does anyone in Trump’s White House know the True God? That would be an excellent question to ask them.

The beast lives on as it continues to both morph and increase in strength. It slowly grew from a post-biblical theological anti-Judaism to the lethal racial antisemitism of the Holocaust. Egyptian-born Yasir Arafat was placed in the region in the early sixties by the USSR, and eventually elected leader of the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization) in 1969–a position he retained until his death in 2004. Under Arafat, the new antisemitism was about to be born. Unexpectedly, the Jewish victims of the longest hatred became the new perpetrators, or the “New Nazis of the Middle East” as Jews have been called. In the meantime, “Palestinians” were recast as the new victims. The shift took a while to take root, but eventually, the world bought it; hook, line, and sinker! The conditioning of the masses through the media’s propaganda machine progressively demonized Israel and the Jews by accusing them of colonization, occupation, apartheid, and genocide. None of these accusations are founded on facts, but who really cares about facts in the TikTok era of clicks and fame?
Eventually, the new narrative–built on an entirely false premise of stolen land and displaced indigenous Palestinians–would fall apart. It would have to crumble under the mountain of historical facts available to the masses, especially in the era of internet communications. All we needed was one very damaging attack on Jews by Palestinians to reset the clocks on this reversal of reality. A single terrorist attack wouldn’t do. It unfortunately had to be a tragedy, second only to the Holocaust in intensity, and the world would finally come to Israel’s rescue and see through the lies of Hamas, Fatah, and the likes. The pogrom of October 7, 2023 took place out of Gaza. 1,200 Israelis were brutally shot, burned, raped, dismembered, and murdered. 250 were taken hostage into Gaza’s hell tunnels. That was it. This was the event that would help the world rally around Israel, so we thought! We were wrong again. By October 8, most of the world was turning against “genocidal Israel.”

Yet inside the modern progressive religious movement, those enormous theological divisions can suddenly seem remarkably unimportant.
That strange convergence was on display at McDougall United Church in Calgary, where a Pride worship service featured Tahira Ebrahim, a Muslim speaker discussing the perspectives of queer Muslims and the attempt to reconcile LGBTQ identities with Islamic faith.
It was an extraordinary scene: a Christian sanctuary, a Muslim perspective and LGBTQ-affirming theology brought together under the banner of inclusion. And perhaps that combination tells us something important about what is happening to parts of Western Christianity.

Mr. President, the answer is: the Iranian people have been fighting for 47 years. They never stopped.
Since the Islamic Revolution of 1979, the people of Iran have repeatedly risen against a regime that seized their country, destroyed their freedoms, persecuted religious minorities, imprisoned political opponents, and used misogyny, terror, torture, and executions to maintain power.
What has changed is not the courage of the Iranian people. What has changed is whether the world chooses to hear them.
Again and again, Iranians have filled the streets. Again and again, they have paid an enormous price. And again and again, Western governments have looked away, often choosing negotiations, appeasement, or political convenience over standing with the people of Iran.
The Iranian people have been fighting alone for decades.
Here are only some of the chapters of that long struggle.
