Dr. John Ashton is Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Sciences at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia and Adjunct Professor of Applied Sciences at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Dr. Ashton is a Chartered Fellow of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute and a former Honorary Associate in the School of Molecular and Microbial Biosciences at the University of Sydney. He also served as editor of three books related to science and faith issues including the book, In Six Days: Why 50 Scientists Choose to Believe in Creation. He appeared on Crosstalk to speak about his new book, Evolution Impossible: 12 Reasons Why Evolution Cannot Explain the Origin of Life on Earth.According to Dr. Ashton, changes or mutations to DNA can happen when there is a loss of some of the code or the code is damaged or if the code has new components added to it. No scientist has ever seen the substantial amounts of new code forming that would be required to prove the existence of evolution.
In other words, many scientists don’t have any solid evidence that proves the existence of evolution yet they continue to propagate the manufactured assertion that evolution is a real phenomenon.
