On Saturday night’s ‘Justice,’ Judge Jeanine Pirro expressed her dismay for the government after military families were denied death benefits for fallen soldiers. “Throw them all out!" she said of Congress. "Like all of you, I’m fed up.”

Transcript Intro From Fox News Insider

The Fisher House Foundation, a private charity, was asked by the Pentagon to pay for the benefits after families were told they wouldn’t receive the money their loved ones were promised if they died serving the United States.

Judge Jeanine said, “They sacrifice everything – their hopes, their dreams, their lives, leaving behind families and loves ones devastated. And the Obama administration refuses to bury them. Won’t even fly the families in to gather their remains, while they jet around on our dime.”

The worst part? Congress passed the Pay Our Military Act hours before the shutdown to make sure that military benefits would be paid. “Ladies and gentlemen, this didn’t fall through the cracks. [The Pentagon] actually looked at it and said no money for you or your kid.”

“We Americans are nothing more than pawns in a political chess game,” the judge said. “Politicians looking to grandstand and blame the other party, because you politicians want to score political points, you just want to make Americans hate other guy. Well I have news for you: we’re disgusted with all of you!” » Read Full Transcript At ‘Justice With Judge Jeanine’
