Rick opens the program with a recap of the shameful and disgraceful resignation of President Richard M. Nixon to avoid impeachment proceedings. Rick contrasted Nixon's missing 18 minutes of recording tape to Obama's 24,000 missing Lois Lerner's IRS emails & destroyed computer hard drive.
