On Today’s Broadcast (March 4, 2015): Jim began this edition of Crosstalk by noting that the U.S. Supreme Court has set April 28th as the oral argument date to begin determining whether states can legally establish same-sex marriage bans for themselves. • Since 9-11 there have been 25,263 deadly Islamic terror attacks.
• During the week of February 21-27th there were 51 jihad attacks, 9 Allahu Akbars, 452 dead bodies and 512 critically injured.
• Their statistics from the month of February shows 232 jihad attacks in 23 countries, 42 Allahu Akbars, 1,977 dead bodies and 2,354 critically injured.
Keep in mind that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, when speaking before a joint session of the U.S. Congress, said the following:
“The greatest danger facing our world is the marriage of militant Islam with nuclear weapons. To defeat ISIS and let Iran get nuclear weapons would be to win the battle but lose the war. We can't let that happen!”
In a speech delivered last month to commanders and other Iranian Air Force personnel, Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran's Supreme Leader and Commander in Chief, communicated that they shut down uranium enrichment for a while in order to reach a deal with the U.S. He accused the U.S. and its allies of being greedy in negotiations and asserted that they will not submit to greed and tyranny. The audience responded in Arabic with the following chant:
“Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar! Khamenei is the leader! Death to the enemies of the leadership! Death to America! Death to England! Death to hypocrites! Death to Israel!”
In spite of such evidence, Jay Johnson, the Department of Homeland Security Secretary who spoke at a recent conference of violent extremism, has sided with President Obama about not getting to the root of the terrorism that's taking place. He said that he is going to give voice to the plight of Muslims living in the U.S. He also said he is committing himself to speak out about Islam as being about peace and brotherhood.
From there, Jim noted other facts showing how Islam is successfully infiltrating many aspects of American society and how it’s often given special treatment at the local, state and national levels. For example:
• The FBI Director says we have homegrown violent extremist (refuses to call it for what it is... radical Islam) investigations taking place in every state of America.
• Minnesota Senator Keith Ellison says America is the root cause of violent extremism.
• Two New York City public schools closing for 2 Islamic holidays.
• An Egyptian born Imam who in 2007 said that a Somali born activist should receive the death penalty for criticism of Islam, is now a Department of Justice contractor.
• A Muslim is suing Costco for separate checkout lines, one for Muslims and one for those who reject the teachings of the Qur’an.
